I like the rug now that it has "settled down" following pretty tight wrapping during delivery, however it's not what I expected in terms of feel / quality. Seems to be lacking in depth compared to one... Voir plus

Great choice of rugs and great service.
Having had difficulties with the designated courier who failed to delivery my rug, I emailed Elegance and was immediately contacted even though it was late in the evening; the delivery company was contacted by Elegance who dealt with the problem and the rug arrived the very next morning. Follow up by the company was brilliant. The rug looks great. Would always look first at Elegance rugs when buying in the future.

Very happy customer
Lovely rug for a great price. Very pleased with my purchase. Delivery to Northern Ireland took 9 days instead of the estimated 2-3 days. Otherwise would definitely recommend. 👍

Finally, a rug seller you can trust....
First rug seller we've dealt with that was fantastic. The website indicated 1 left in stock, and it changed to nil after we had put in our order, i.e. for once a seller who provides accurate info. The item was delivered within 24 hours, which was unbelievable. Seller was courteous and helpful. Totally recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service - I live in the Channel Islands and everything normally takes an age to get here. I ordered a rug on a Monday evening and to my astonishment it was delivered 2 days later. So pleased with it, a great price too. Highly recommend

Beautiful rug
Beautiful rug, soft muted colours with a soft sheen. The different depth of pile gives it texture whilst being easy to vacuum and I think will stay looking good for longer

Very happy with the service I received, I phoned looking for a particular rug, Hassan said he would have to order it from America, which he did, gave me an E.T.A of 6 weeks, six weeks and a couple of days later I had my beautiful new rug. Hassan was so helpful, would recommend to anyone. Thank you,
