Helpful, professional company
After a bad experience with a different company, I contacted Elegance to be certain that the rug I wanted was in stock. The owner replied promptly saying it was, so I ordered it, and sure enough it arrived within a couple of days. The rug was good quality and at a very competitive price. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service I received from EleganceRugs.

Excellent and very helpful service. My rug was reserved and stored for a few weeks as I was waiting for other work to be done and then dispatched when we were ready.
Could not fault the communications and extremely satisified. Would definitively use the company again.

Excellent all round experience.
Excellent rugs, service and communication.
Had almost immediate response to a couple of queries, easily ordered and delivered Within 48hrs.
Really nice rugs. We ordered two.
Had a small mix up with one package which they rectified immediately and had delivered the following day (but this was the delivery company mix up, not Elegance rugs.)
