Elegant Fires and Design Avis

Excellent service. I purchased a stove several years ago and have had it serviced every year since; Elegant Fires by Design cleans and services the fire and sweeps the chimney.
They always contact me beforehand to arrange a suitable date and time. Phil always arrives on time and carries out the work as cleanly as possible and in a professional way.

Fantastic service as always
Highly recommend these guys!

The annual chimney clean is a requirement of my household insurance.
With Elegant Fires, everything is done for me. A reminder is sent. It is easy to book an appointment. Certificates are provided.
Phil is extremely efficient and reliable.

We’ve used Phil for our annual wood burner service & chimney sweep for several years now.
We’d highly recommend Phil’s work & Elegant Fires service.

Elegant Fires and Design were recommended to me by Lifestyle Fireplaces in Sale.
I needed a chimney sweep before the installation of a new gas fire.
Phil attended last week and did a fantastic job. The chimney had not been swept for 30+ years.
He arrived on time, left no mess behind and provided the necessary reassurance that the chimney in this old house was safe to use once more.
I would highly recommend his services and will be using him again next year when the sweep becomes due.
Many thanks indeed!

The team spent a long time freeing up the door handle on my wood burner which had completely coked up.
