Elegant Fires and Design Avis

Amazing service once again, Phil and his team are polite, professional & friendly. Great communication too. So much choice with absolutely no pressure. Such a beautiful change to our living room, more than pleased & we highly recommend elegant fires and design, excellent customer service all the way through & excellent fitters too. Thank you so much to all involved - WE LOVE IT! Well deserved 5*

Great service and great prices. No mess no fuss... just a top job all round. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love my new log burner. Phil and the guys did a great job and kept coming back in stages in line with the rest of the build. Some companies I spoke to wouldn’t do that! Fantastic Customer Service and great advice on the types of wood etc. Can’t recommend enough!

Whilst the actual job of lining the flue in our new £60,000 kitchen was done correctly and on time, the precautions taken to make certain that the furniture and floor were protected were grossly inadequate. Given that the house is Victorian, and as such you can never be sure what you are going to find, overkill on sheeting up is the order of the day. When they looked up the flue they found a brick blockage. This was removed and brought with it another brick, 2 dead birds, a piece of old flue pipe and so much soot the whole area was buried. Seven days on, and we are still cleaning up. So far we have had to pay out for cleaners over and above the cost of the job. I doubt whether the grout on the floor tiles will ever get back to the off white colour it was, it is currently black. NIGHTMARE!

Dealing with Phil has been a joy. He came out to me at very short notice to clean and provided a thorough service complete with a great sense of humour. I felt the advice and recommendations Phil made were extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Highly recommended!

Phil couldn't have done enough for us , nothing was a problem , great job and very reasonable, thanks Phil.

Amazing, trustworthy and friendly company, who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Fantastic fire which not only looks great but also warms up the room, a lovely focal point, very happy!

Excellent....... highly recommended!
Fast, efficient and friendly, I couldn’t of asked for more.
I have already recommended to frends and family.
5 stars!!!!!!!!

Cheers guys 😀👍🏻

Phil and the team did a fantastic job for us. We are absolutely thrilled with our new fireplace. Great job!

Phil and his lads were top drawer and they did a great job. They really helped us figure out what was the right fire was for us and explained everything and quoted a fair price too. Everything ran smoothly, communication was great and the job was done much quicker than other places could do. We're over the moon with our fire, it looks great, but would also mention how respectful and professional they were inside our home. Absolute joy having you guys around, you're by far the best group of tradesmen we've come across in a while. Cheers. Rob and Kelly.

good service, knowledgeable and proficient

I was recommended Elegant Fires by a friend of mine when I was considering a wood burner for my lounge.
I contacted Phil by mobile and he arranged to come over within a couple of days to assess the suitability and give advice.
He gave me advice on what was needed to fit the stove and gave me three recommendations I chose the largest and he and his team fitted it within a day.
It has transformed the room and the house, we have had no issues what so ever and the after service has been superb.
Reasonable price, great friendly team and a magnificent end result.

I'd definitely recommend Phil and the team from Elegant Fires; great service and communications and an excellent job - five stars!!

Phil and his team are extremely experienced, polite and created a wonderful fireplace for us with wood burning stove. The clearing of our chimney was much more complicated and time consuming than was envisaged but the team worked really hard and made it safe for no increase in the quote. We were very happy with the service and quality of the finished fire.

Excellent job done! Professional and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service and a beautiful fire and surround fitted to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble, perfection was what they aimed for and that is what I got. I have used Elegant Fires and Design twice now and would not hesitate to recommend them on. Well done on a fab job.

Great service from start to finish

Phil came to fit our wood/ coal burner and hearth. He’s done a really lovely neat job and we’ve had many admiring comments by friends . On time every morning , stayed on the job till finished and everything back in its place and clean afterwards.
I have no reservations and would highly recommend Phil .

Good advice received from Phil and the price paid was much lower than I expected. The fitting was done well and apart from the empty biscuit tin they left no trace of the extensive building work done.
