Slow shipping, but overall happy with the product.
I recently talk trash about this place......so this is an update to make it right
The item is Mexican bark and it was real good.
The shipping is pretty bad. I placed an order on the Feb 06. I received the item on Feb 20.
I had ordered the Brazilian bark in the past, and the quality of it was pretty bad. I would really love to try their Southern Vision one. But since they are unable to ship to US, I just need to wait until they are able to send it out to the US.

Send us an email and we are happy to send you a replacement. Some batches of bark are a bit inferior to others :-( We also have very high quality powdered bark now due to new powdering equipment which should help increase the yields.

Buyers beware—their reviews are not from real customers
This company has repelled me from buying from them due to dishonesty and my experience has been so bad that I am certain that their reviews are all fake.
The shipping time for my order from Greece (where they are located) to Oregon was 28 days—the Hellenic Post is a nightmare.
When I finally received the bark, it was shredded not powdered even though I had paid additionally for powdered. These people assured me that the product was *extremely potent* with amazing yields and the yields were actually garbage and the product was not potent at all, i got less than .02% back off a kg so…and I waited a month for it, and they have lied to me so many times that I am certain that their positive reviews are all fake..
they will tell you whatever they need to do to secure that order and they will not stand behind their product—if you complain they say they’ll throw in a bit extra on your next order…there will never be a future order with the dishonesty and poor customer service this dishonest Greek provides.

Some time ago, we offered you either a refund or a reshipment for your concerns about the supposed "low quality" of the MHRB you received. You did not respond to this offer but instead chose to leave this unfounded review weeks later. Now, let us address your claims.
Shipping normally takes 5–20 days. In your case it took 28 days, which was clearly due to postal service delays. This is rare, but unfortunately outside of our control.
Regarding the form of the material, our powdered MHRB currently contains finely shredded fibers (which can still be used effectively). We acknowledge this and will count it as our fault due to recent equipment changes, which we are already working to correct as soon as possible.
I prefer not to share the details of our private email exchange here, but since your review is public, I must clarify that the issue was not with the quality of our product. The only explanation is that the material was not used correctly, as it is impossible for MHRB in general to produce the yields you describe. Even MHRB of very low quality would not give such results—unless we had sent you other parts of the tree, which we certainly did not.
I understand your frustration, but your claims about our other reviews being fake, and your characterizations of us, are totally untrue.
