EleusinianVisions has been a truly stellar company to work with. The shipping was fast and my product was delivered sooner than expected. I am in the USA and so I was expecting a long wait and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days early. On my last order I was supposed to receive 10% off for their black Friday deal and the computer did not calculate it into the final total. When I contacted them about that and another issue,( that was my fault when I filled out my shipping info), they were super awesome and not only fixed the issue that was my fault but they sent me extra product for the 10% off that I didn't get at the time of purchase. I really appreciated that. The product has been fresh and vibrant. My first order was a test run to make sure they were an legit company and I am expecting my first real order in the next couple of days. So far this co.pany has exceeded my expectations and I will be definitely ordering from them again when I need more dye. Thanks again for your awesome customer service, EleusinianVisions. I look forward to our continued business transactions.
