where to put the boiler
worried that the situation of where to locate the boiler would cause issues but because the team sent to do the work was so professional and overcome the problem with respect for the customers thoughts made it so easy for us, the job was well done in what seemed record time for the amount needed can only recommend your company and skilled staff thankyou

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process - all work completed in 2 days - installation carried out by Elites own work force no subcontractors - 14 panels, inverters ,and battery and Ev charger all working from day one - very happy to give 5 stars.

The boys showed up and got straight to…
The boys showed up and got straight to work extracted the fibre insulation and replaced with super beads had undercut on doors and trickle vents installed plus 3 extraction fans fitted ,were very tidy and courteous at all times all the condensation has disappeared in the house ,and it's a lot warmer in the don't have the heating on as much as we did before so saving money already ,they cleaned up after and I'm impressed how they matched up the bricks to fill in ,the electrician was very professional and was very tidy as he carried out his work I highly recommend this company for excellent communication and delivering the work as specified thank you very much for a carefree experience

Perfect installation thank you
Everything went smoothly..initial contact, survey, and installation including training on usage. The only minor negative was the demand for upfront
cash on the day of installation. Debit card wasn't an option,or BACs payment. This necessitated a mad dash to the nearest bank branch in
Newcastle and an uncomfortable walk back to my car with a large amount of cash in my pocket. I was in the building trade and my advice has always been pay on completion, so I broke my golden rule. However this didn't spoil my experience but it is something you need to sort out as the threat of 20% VAT added to my bill for not paying cash was unusual to say the least.

Had a new boiler fitted and couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineers turned up early, were friendly and professional, and had everything fitted and up and running within a few hours. Took the time to show me how everything worked before leaving. Great service from start to finish - highly recommend!
