I felt there was a shortage of information from Fidelity but James sent all I needed by post. Later he directed me by phone on how to find the information on the Fidelety website.

A great financial company to deal with
I have used this company for many many years (25+ I think), and so did my father. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the service is beyond exceptional. This is a well mannered company with seriously high standards and lots of patience in explaining things rather than referring you elsewhere. I have a contact who deals with my queries and requests promptly and efficiently, and who does what he says he will do, right first time, every time. I once emailed Graham Elson to let him know how amazing his staff were and he cared enough to respond, so he really does lead from the front which is a rare quality these days. Investments
Have various investments with Elson Assoc after they took the Close Bros customers who deal execution only. They wrote to me about transferring ISA investments to Fidelity to save money on commission. They were so helpful and guided me through the process. Also transferred between funds and topped up ISAs, paperwork always sent promptly. Advisors are helpful, make things much simpler and I always have confidence in what they tell me.

I recentley had to move some of my holdings. I informed elson which holdings I needed to move and the rest was done for me.
