I felt there was a shortage of information from Fidelity but James sent all I needed by post. Later he directed me by phone on how to find the information on the Fidelety website.

Value of Service
When I have contacted the company they respond effectively. I am never quite sure however what they deliver that cannot be achieved by direct contact with a investment house such as Fidelity.

Hi Mr Blake, we appreciate your comments. There are many benefits to investing via Elson Associates rather than going direct to Fidelity. If for example a client has investments held with different platforms or directly with the fund manager, we consolidate these for valuation and fund monitoring purposes, something Fidelity cannot do, nor will they inform you of poorly performing funds and compare them to their peers. We are also one of only a handful of UK brokers that have access to a specialised administration team at Fidelity. By contacting us, queries and issues are prioritised and dealt with promptly and reported back by ourselves.
