Not even one star. I purchased a M size white t shirt, even though I am only a size 10. After taking approx 3 weeks to arrive it is extremely small, measures 14” across, therefore 28” in total. Upon contacting the company they say they will either send me a L(large) size at 50% price or if I wish to send it back to CHINA AT MY COST they will consider a refund. As I do not consider the larger size will be suitable either I asked for a refund, no reply as yet but not holding my breath. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!

I purchased what looked like a lovely outfit for a wedding from the website. When I started to worry it wouldn't arrive in time I contacted them via email. All they could say was it was on it's way. The tracking only showed my order being confirmed, nothing after that. After three weeks it finally arrived and was not like what I had seen on the website. It was a jumpsuit (not what I ordered) and the trousers part seemed to have been made for someone 7 foot tall. The quality was poor, the material transparent and poorly made. When I asked for a refund it took them ages to respond and I had to chase them. They said I would have to pay the shipping costs to China or instead they would refund me 20%. I declined the offer, so they upped it to 50%. I also declined this as I don't care how much it costs, it is a matter of principle. This is a terrible company providing poor quality products and worse service. Do not buy from them.

After seeing a dress I liked and with a company I’d not heard of I searched the site for any clues that it was China based and there was non, based in Netherlands, returns seemed ok so I went ahead. When the dress arrived it was not only for a very tiny person it was not as the pictured showed. I started return process and guess what……send back to CHINA!!!!! I was told it would cost me more to return then the cost of the dress and that i could get 50% refund and keep a useless poorly made dress from China!!!!! Yippee how happy am I?!!!!!!! I it emailed customer service and said I would return to the Netherlands obviously this was not possible…as it was a lie and the website is very misleading. Stay away and don’t waste your money. I don’t think many people can afford to loose out so do not buy from them.

My elderly mother in the UK bought a skirt but it was not as described. She wanted to return it but there is no refund policy so she had to pay postage to a foreign address. Since this cost more than the skirt itself, the company offered to return 20% of the original cost. This is just another company that takes advantage of clients. My advice is to avoid buying anything from this platform. We will see if the 20% ever arrives...
