The day to day: clinics and wellbeing, schools and tutors, restaurant tables, tickets and access. How it works. You describe the task once, by call, message or email. There are no forms. One named person owns the request until it is closed, and you can see the live status of every task, order and contractor visit in a private client tracker. If something goes wrong, a cancelled flight or a failed boiler, it stays our problem to fix, not yours. A person answers 24/7. Not a menu, not a bot. Membership is a 30-day rolling arrangement: no long lock-in and no exit fee. We work in English and Russian. Dealing with Elvit for few years now. Type of professionals that would go beyond and above to deliver the service.
