My household worked with Graziella remotely while in the US and she and the rest of her team were a dream! She worked with our many specifications, and had infinite patience with us going through the numerous listings she sent us. Eventually she found us a PERFECT apartment, within our budget, in Porto. Goldcrest was great helping us to select an apartment while we were still in the US. Eunice and Barbara kept in contact and gave us all of the information we needed to feel confident in our choice. Professional service. Friendly staff. Francisco Marques (property management) is particularly responsive and attentive. They also have good connections with regards to legal services or other important services. This is especially helpful for non-Portuguese residents. Earlier on in my engagement with them, a little bit of staff turnover led to an important gap in services. This is the reason why I have not given a 5 star rating. But to their credit, they redressed the situation in a professional way.
