Emily Wellington Avis 

This company by its name implies it is a New Zealand based company. It is NOT. I bought a shirt off one of their Facebook adds. The sizing is completely up the shoot. Size XL is normally comfortable for me but the size delivered, while marked XL, was more like M. An uncomfortable tight fit. My complaints were answered by standardized wording and my subsequent specific follow ups were ignored,

Should of checked the reviews here first!! Leather jacket arrived - ha ....cheap vinyl jacket, ill fitting and ugly. Should of known it was too good to be true! Absolute appalling customer service - no contact and if you want to return items then you have to return to Asia at your expense!!

Ordered a coat from Emily Wellington. Felt safe in the knowledge of their 14 day money back guarantee. The product was rubbish. I emailed them to send me a form to return the goods. There were large delays in their response. Instead of sending me a form, they keep offering me heavy discounts to buy more from them.

Emily Wellington is just a scam. Do not buy from these dishonest people.

DO Not buy anything from Emily Wellington. The boots look nothing like the pictures. Cheap, ugly and plastic. Plus they're the wrong size. 😡

I have just had exactly same experience as other reviewers- boots are cheap looking, nothing like the picture and the wrong size. The advertising is totally misleading. No customer service.
Should be Emily China not Emily Wellington.
Do not waste your money.

I take that 1 star back! I fully agree with all the comments and have had the same negative experience as described by the other customers. This brand should be ashamed of themselves! They should be stopped!!!

Please don't buy anything off Emily-Wellington. I purchased a pair of boots which look nothing like the picture on their website. They're too small and not even the actual size I requested. What I was sent was a cheap and nasty version of the boots compared to the picture on their website.

I've sent numerous emails for a refund form/refund and still haven't received a response.
What bloody disgrace!

Do NOT buy from this company. My “plush, lined” coat arrived as a short cheap polar fleece of the thinnest cheapest material. NOTHING like advertised.

Product received not as advertised! I think I was 'lucky' though, after reading reviews from others, my 'leather' jacket actually fitted. Emailed company to discuss further, surprise surprise, to date, no reply! Happy Birthday to me 😪

This company has failed to reply to numerous emails they are ghosting customers .. just want to return something but they have made no contact what so ever.. I just want to get it sorted , not happy buyer beware if I could give no stars I would , total scam company , would definitely not recommend do not buy from these people!

Not NZ based company. Misleading advertising. Product not good quality. Expensive to return. I would not recommend this company

Do not buy from this company. They are China based not NZ based. Poor workmanship,product not as advertised, incorrect sizing. Very disappointing.
