Great service from Emperor Paint
Great service from Emperor Paint. My order was dispatched unbelievably quickly and received quickly and very well packaged. The basecoat product itself is also excellent. Great to see a business working so well and providing an excellent service to their customers.

Satisfied customer
Delivery was prompt (and free) and via a reputable courier with good delivery information. My decorator really liked using the products - he said the primer and the paint were very good, easy to use, and great coverage. The paint is not cheap but I don't want to do the job again and I know this will last. I wanted a product that is very solar reflective to stop my brick walls from absorbing the heat and transferring it inside (a real problem over the scorching summer), so I chose Emperor for that reason, and of course in white for max effectiveness!

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re delighted to hear that you were impressed with the prompt delivery and that your decorator found both the primer and paint easy to use, with excellent coverage.
It’s also great to hear that you chose Emperor Paint specifically for its solar reflective properties. Helping to reduce heat absorption through external walls is one of the key reasons we developed the system, so we’re pleased to know it was the right choice for your home — especially during those scorching summer temperatures!
We really appreciate your comments about the value and durability of the product, and we hope you enjoy the results for many years to come. Thank you again for choosing Emperor Paint!

Mainly happy with emperor paint so far! Quick delivery. Have used on two full properties now. One had been painted before , one was bare dashing. Fantastic finish Good opacity , quite thick so definitely use a mixer before use as recommended. Will be interested to see how long it lasts but will definitely be using in the future if customers are willing to pay the price

Great paint , lovely to work with
Delivered on time, next day ..
great coverage , has the consistency of double cream, painted our 170 year old cottage with one coat of white paint, the cottage was dirty and hadn’t been painted for many years, I have had 3x10 litres tubs, so many walkers passing the cottage say what a difference, the white stands out for miles

Great paint and is more expensive than its competitors but I’m paying for quality and hopefully an external paint that will last much longer.

Hello Gillian,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We’re delighted to hear how much you love the paint!
We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery cost, and we’re sorry that the Highlands surcharge has affected your experience. Unfortunately, this additional charge is applied by our courier, DPD, to certain Highland postcodes and is unfortunately outside of our control.
We really appreciate your support and understand how disappointing it can be when delivery costs add to the overall price of an order. We’ll certainly continue to review our delivery options to see where we can improve.
Thank you again for choosing Emperor and for taking the time to share your feedback.

Emperor paint is excellent
Emperor paint is excellent; easy to apply, and does what it says on the tin. It has an attractive finish. I would recommend it. Customer Service is also excellent I can vouch for that first hand. A caveat - although delivery is free, I’ve already paid an extra £60 for postage (Highlands surcharge) despite only living 20 minutes from the courier’s depot in the city of Inverness.
