Room for Improvement HERO platform
Happy with EI payroll. In regards to the Response time and fix which could be much faster on a number of issues this relates to HERO software which may also affect Payroll Software as some info syncs. I have changed my rating as the issue is not with EI Payroll. Consideration for more update and better integration between HERO and EI payroll software. Thanks

Always have a great experience when…Getting my weekly payroll processed
i always have a great experience when needing to get in touch with EI.Jackson is always friendly and efficient. Ratika is amazing, and together we work well with our weekly payroll, keeping each other accountable. Both Tayla and Amanda are a great help with all those silly little pesky questions & problems that pop up from time to time.

Knew they could help us with all our staffing needs, back of house. Unfortunately our shareholders at the time did not see the benefits ( this has cost them more over time in both monies and staff turnover)
Would engage them again when I m in the similar role.
