I absolutely love my two new pairs of square toes flats. I purchased a black pair and a wine pair. They are very comfortable and fit well. I was surprised that on the first day I was able to wear them for nine hours. My feet were not sore and my bunion was on aching. Very impressed. I will definitely be purchasing more!!

I was skeptical of buying something that advertised on Facebook. I’ve had bad experiences. Anyway. The service was great! Unfortunately, the shoes won’t work for me. I will use them as house slippers. They are cute and if you don’t have problems with your feet, then they will work for you!

The delivery was good as to timing and the ease of tracking. Also I liked the size chart

Love that there flats, but with cushion to feel comfortable. The scare shape in front of toes. Going on the second pair. Have them to my self for Christmas!! 😊

My second pair of Empress. How I love the soft leather, the perfect fit and the fact that I can wear them all day with no problem. The shoes arrived quickly after ordered as ordered. I have recommended this company to multiple people after they have commented on my shoes.

No shoes and no customer service. Ordered the shoes 11 days ago and I cannot get these people to respond in a comprehensible manner. All I want to know when they’re shipping, so I can track the shipment. It looks like all they’ve done is print a label. Every time I email/text they respond with links to junk shipping websites.
I live in the States and not somewhere that would require a cart and donkey for delivery! I want to know where my shoes are. I want someone to respond to my questions.
Buyer beware…

I ordered the flats in Wine a couple of weeks ago. The shoes came in good time -I'm in Canada- and are very comfortable, as advertised. I specifically purchased the Wine ones because in the pictures, they looked to be a sparkly ruby red. I was a little disappointed that they are much darker and less sparkly than the pictures suggest (maybe the name of the colour should have been a tip off for me). Return shipping will be expensive, so I will keep them (they ARE cute). Perhaps the website pictures could be updated to show them in different light that reflects the darker hue?

The shoes arrived on time in a tracked package, the boxes included a shoe bag, and a little rose wrapped in a ribbon as well as the shoes themselves which fit just like the charts said they would and are very comfortable. I like that they cut down on extra packaging by sticking the socks I ordered in the boxes themselves, which by the way are very nice shoeboxes and one of mine has already been pressed into service to store buttons. I love this company, and how it doesn’t have 10,000 types of shoes but instead sells only a few and concentrates on doing that really, really well.

These are the most comfortable flats I have - 4 pairs and counting... They fit perfectly on my wide feet. I love that they are leather, not completely man made material. I wish they were less expensive, and I would order more, but I do understand one must pay for quality. Love the attention you put to detail in the packaging!

I had a double bunionectomy surgery, and finding comfortable shoes was a challenge for me until I saw an advertisement and decided to give it a try. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn, and I purchased four different colors to match with my clothes. My sister bought four more because she was totally in love with them too. Their customer service and support are top of the line!

Website is easy to navigate and empress shoes are a good value. My only request would be more advice on how the inserts change sizing

First of all I bought some shoes for my wife for Christmas a little while ago and low and behold my wife told me she just bought the same shoes on black Friday. Well of course I had to tell her I had already bought them. She was overjoyed and contacted customer service and had her order changed to another colour. So it worked out to be a win win situation for everyone.

I love these shoes. They are shining gems in my wardrobe. Timelessly chic on the outside and like walking on clouds on the inside. Ergomonic and refined to the eye. Bliss for the feet. I have three pairs. Excellent customer service.

These shoes are truly great quality. These are some of the most comfortable and stylish shoes I have owned. I am on my feet all day and I find that I don't mind it while I am wearing my Empress shoes. I love the colors and styles and I now have 3 pairs. The only problem I have had is how impatient I get waiting for the shoes to arrive!

I love my shoes, and delivery was much faster than I expected! The fit is true to size. I ordered my normal size, and they fit perfectly.
