Al comprar 2 tickets por internet y por valor de 83,40€ en Mary Poppins en el West End, Prince Edward Theatre, para el 5 de diciembre de 2022 no me han dado opción a imprimirlos y no los he recibido por mail. Pero si están cargados en mi cuenta de la tarjeta Visa.

Appalling company to deal with, do not book through them, they have a complete lack of customer care, and a crass, unhelpful and insensitive attitude to their clients. If you have a Virgin theatre voucher, you will more than likely have to book through Encore, I would exchange your voucher for an alternative to experience.

I had to request an exchange voucher because of a bereavement and I was treated with kindness and courtesy and had my exchange voucher extended to give me more time to rebook.

Trying to redeem a £250 voucher from them and they do not respond. After a year of trying I finally got a response saying there is no availability and also can’t get a refund.

Never book through this company STAY AWAY! It’s a scam, they won’t give you your tickets and when you ask for a refund they say you put in the wrong email address.

I brought my tickets 4 years ago and have had to pay to extend them 4 times already. They will not get back to you after the form or even if you contact them directly. They will also not provide a refund. hundreds of pound have gone down the drain.

Then they say someone will contact you as a matter of urgency which never happens.

They send a transcript of the chat - which is just such an insult.

Special weekend and no tickets now - will someone get back to me or do i take the risk of purchasing more ticket ??

On 18th August I booked four tickets for the Nutcracker at the Coliseum at a total cost of £452.40 through the SeatPlan website which I naively thought was the official booking site. Some days later I realised that I could book directly with the Coliseum box office which would have been £115.90 cheaper; each full price seat was £15.85 cheaper and there were concessions for an OAP (£20.85) and a child (£63.35) which were not offered on SeatPlan. I contacted SeatPlan requesting a refund. I received a reply from Encore Tickets explaining they do not give refunds and could only offer a voucher of the same value for the same show. This is appalling customer service and amounts to profiteering.
SeatPlan got in touch saying they use Encore Tickets as a supplier and offering a £30 theatre voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
Seeing the reviews of Encore Rickets I am now fearful that these tickets may not be even be valid.

No stars Do not get scammed! We have paid via PayPal with no confirmation of booking or tickets, no number to call anyone no response to emails!

If only I could rate these guys less than one, just a scam outfit with no way of contacting them and appalling customer service. Steer well clear

If I could rate this company less than one star I would.
Do not touch them with a barge poll. They charged me an extra £13.50 on top of the actual price of the ticket and will not refund after I realised I had been scammed by them. In total I bought 4 tickets and ended up paying them an extra £54.
I was diverted to there website without realising it by a company called Seatplan.com
Please beware.

Booked tickets and 10 minutes later realised I booked incorrectly.
Yup as everyone has said...No refund, but that is against UK distance selling regulations. Do not bother to use them.

You book through London Theatre UK thinking you have done the right thing only to realize later that their sister company is "Encore Tickets" Its only when you read the small print it is Encore who are supplying the tickets. Then you check the face value of the ticket with the Theatre and you are shocked to find Encore have charged you £30 more. "What a rip off". Then you read the dreadful reviews here. Tip, book through the actual Theatre.

I can see that there are a lot of bad reviews for Encore so I almost did not book with them - however - I booked and then checked with the theatre about 10 mins later - the tickets came through on email immediately - the theatre confirmed my booking - so well done Encore. Luckily I went on a gut instinct as the reviews prior to the pandemic were excellent - I wish this company well and if I see my show - I will use them again - all the best Encore!

No way of contacting them. They say check your spam which I have and no e mail confirming the booking for Mamma Mia the party . Paid £430.90 and no reference.

Absolute disgusting service this company provide. Their customer service is non existent. Chat bot is pathetic. I have been trying to use a voucher booking for the past 3 months and have not been able to speak directly to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. Thought it was insurance on tickets, but when you retrieve the voucher for cancelled tickets and try to rebook, you have to go through their system, which will only allow you certain shows on certain dates, and, yes the tickets are about 20% more expensive than if you were booking directly with the venue. A scam. Presumably, they are looking to fill remaindered seats.

Disgusting customer service. Still chasing a credit note from March.
Booked a show and meal only for the booking to not exist and having to pay on the day.
Promised a credit note - but no credit note and no response to emails.
Can only agree with reviews below suggesting it’s a scam!

50th B'day present - affected by covid. £342 lost. No reponse to many and multiple e-mails requesting a refund. No opportunity to speak to a human. DO NOT USE. I SEE THAT FRED ROGERS IS TAKING ACTION - GOOD LUCK FROM ALL OF US THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED
