This includes a 20-week reflection period after the application is issued and a further 6-week waiting period before applying for the final order. It can take longer if financial or child arrangements are still being resolved. *** Q: What am I entitled to after a divorce? * A: Entitlement depends on the length of the marriage, financial contributions, and future needs of both parties. The court’s aim is to reach a fair outcome, which does not always mean a 50/50 split. *** Q: What happens if my ex denies me access to the children? * A: You can apply for a child arrangements order. If granted, this sets out when the children spend time with each parent. Honestly the worst solicitors around
Honestly the worst solicitors around. Day 1 - we’re here for you, we’ll help you every step of the way. Day 2 - give us a call£500 and we’ll do some work. Few emails sent - give us a£500 to do some work. Day 3- give us £500 to do some work. They have you over a barrel and waste your money. Most of the work you can do yourself so don’t be fooled by them. I was quoted between 3-5k for an amicable divorce and nearly 18 months later it’s still ongoing and we’re about to go passed 5k. Huge regret choosing this company.

I would put zero stars if I could!
I would put zero stars if I could!! Do not use this company!! Promised me just £499, then turned to £999, then turned to £1500 and they didn’t do my divorce, and wouldn’t give a refund! Took over 6 weeks to reply to emails or WhatsApp messages unless it was for money! Then they’ll take it and run!! DO NOT USE!!! Not to be trusted!!!
