I have recently completed my DEA & Retrofit qualifications via the Energy Trust. Would recommend these chap's 100%.

Very professional approach, the course was well structured and clear, 10/10. The support was spot on, there when I needed them !

Just completed the course and really enjoyed it was hard work but worth it the trainers where so helpful and great to deal with I couldn’t fault it at all was at a good pace and done remotely which suited me thanks for everything much appreciated.

I have just completed a 5 day in-house training course, to become a DEA. I can't speak more highly of the whole company, from day one when I made my initial enquiry to the whole experience, everyone was very friendly and professional, but in particular Charlotte, the trainer, who was very knowledgeable, and patient. Lol

I have completed three courses over the past few years with energy trust and without fail every time they have been brilliant,the course contect is intuitive and user friendly and helps breakdown everything into manageable sections.

All the tutors I've dealt with have been excellent and really professional.

The thing that was the best is that outside of scheduled classes or lectures all the other course work can be done at any time,for someone that works 9/5 this is perfect.

A great training provider, They offered great resources through the entirety of the course and were very response for any issues and solved things immediately, Victoria helped a lot with any needs and had a great response rate. Will recommend this training provider to anyone looking it is a perfect course if your looking to become a DEA + Retrofit Assessor!

They are the best training provider for energy assessments. The assessors are incredibly supportive, and the staff are always eager to assist. I am so satisfied with their service that I cannot imagine choosing any other provider for my training.

I’ve done lots of courses over my career at various training facilities and I can honestly say the classroom and refreshments are by far the best I’ve ever had and Phil the tutor was great. Very interactive with the group and got us all engaged.

Tried to contact by phone and after spending several minutes explaining what I required advise for I was transferred (without warning) to an automated options recording. None of the options were relevant to my query. This organisation is as functional as a chocolate teapot!

I have used Energy Trust for 2 online courses (DEA and Retrofit Assessors). The courses were well delivered, well paced and took a complete newbie to successful completion of the training including assessment completion over 8 weeks. The after course support was good, assessment feedback was timely, clear and succinct. I recommend and will use again.

I recently gained my DipNDEA through Energy Trust. I enjoyed the course very much. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I arrived. The training was very informative, with room for you to do further research. It was delivered in a very professional manner by Richard, who is clearly well versed on the subject. Additionally, the catering, the free disto, and well presented 'take-away' documentation of the course work was excellent.
After the training and during working on my portfolio I was very well supported with all of my queries and in a very timely manner too by Richard and Scott.

In summary I give this company a 5 star rating due to my enjoyable, and seamless journey from booking through to certification.

I have recently completed the 3 day level 3 DEA qualification and must say the experience was excellent. The course was informative, professional and thorough and sets you up to complete the qualification within one week of attending. The instructor Scott was very good, his knowledge and experience meant there was nothing he could not answer and his manner and presentation skills made it easy to absorb. I would certainly recommend Energy Trust if you want to gain this qualification.

Not great service, I had to chase a number of times to arrange the survey, and get the follow up information. As for the 'Green Deal' itself, its completely useless, if you have double glazing - no matter how old it is you cant replace it under the green deal. It's basically a tick box if they already have it you cant replace it under the Green Deal Scheme. I've not receive on follow up call from anyone since the survey was done. A waste of £125.

I took a distance learning qualification the price was was good and the study material was well laid out and easy to understand.
