À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
EPC MK provides professional energy assessment and property surveying services for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, estate agents and property professionals across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. With over 15 years of experience in the property and energy sector, we specialise in Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and related energy and property services. We understand that customers often need their EPC or survey completed quickly, particularly when selling or letting a property, so we aim to provide a professional, efficient and reliable service from initial enquiry through to completion. Our services include domestic EPCs, energy efficiency assessments, landlord and property compliance advice, solar PV consultancy and feasibility assessments, and stock condition surveys. We pride ourselves on providing a straightforward and personal service. Every property is different, and we take the time to provide clear information and practical advice rather than simply completing an assessment and leaving you to work out what it means. Whether you are a homeowner looking to sell your property, a landlord preparing a property for letting, an estate or letting agent requiring a dependable EPC service, or a property owner looking at ways to improve energy efficiency, we are here to help. Our aim is simple: to provide accurate assessments, clear advice and a reliable service that our customers can trust. Professional service. Practical advice. Reliable results.

Thomas helped me get a energy report…
Thomas helped me get a energy report done in super quick time. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. The report was sent to me within hours of him being at my property. He was friendly and understanding of covid and my elderly mother being nervous about people coming into the property. Highly recommended.
