My advisor Daniel was very helpful and kind. He was patient in dealing with query and made me feel at ease and he explored all the options available and even got an answer for my question straight away rather than make me wait for a letter in the post. Excellent customer service with a real empathetic attitude.

You have amazing customer services
I would like to thank you for your Agent Mrs EDITH , she was really helpful to me and understanding my situation and illness . As I suffer. Complaints team are as much use as a chocolate teapot.
Also got the police to cut the door open last year too.

Amazing staff who go above and beyond
The young man that I spoke with was absolutely amazing. I was so worried about calling and had been putting it of for ages because I was so scared of losing my home. If everyone who answered the phone was like him, I'd have called every month. I can't praise him enough.

A pleasant experience speaking to the person who answered the phone.
We went through security and she was able to answer my questions efficiently.
She was also very compassionate and listened to what i had to say.
She also asked for my permission to add to the system my disclosure.
