Very pleased with the tankard, but disappointed not to get the presentation box. Unfortunately I had difficulty in placing the order. Had to contact the company and was told to use another method, but in doing so the box got missed off the order. A genuine mistake. As this is for a 21st birthday present it would have been nice to have the box.

It is very rare for me to make comments but the customer service with this company is second to none.
The large gin glass I ordered and had engraved was beautifully packed and arrived very quickly, safe and sound.

Absolutely beautiful item, good communication throughout. Amazing value for money, they obviously care about what they do. I'm so impressed.

My locket and chain arrived yesterday. It's beautifully crafted and the quality is excellent. The added option to upload a photo just made it extra special.

I ordered two engraved whiskey glasses which arrived swiftly and were packaged beautifully. The quality of the glasses & engraving was brilliant. There was a small error in one of the engravings, but the customer care team responded quickly and sent a whole new order out, which arrived perfectly the very next day. Brilliant service. Ordered 2 engraved whisky glasses but unfortunately one got broken in transit. In less than 24hrs we have received a replacement glass completeing the set. They are beautifully engraved and presented. Thankyou !

Super fast delivery of a pair of silver cufflinks and pocket watch. Both arrived in beautiful boxes and packaging. A small issue with one of the cufflinks was swiftly dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. The returns policy is easy and communication with the company personal. I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I had to for this company. I used them three times within 2 weeks for wedding gifts. I was worried about delivery lead times and I was ordering very fragile items so I was worried they would arrive damaged. We've just had great service from the Customer Service at Engravers Guild. Unfortunately, after placing a last minute order for delivery in the next 2 days, (hopefully) I had to request an amendment to the engraving detail. Because I emailed straight away I received a very helpful email telling me the information had been changed and was there anything more they could help me with - amazing! Last weekend was my nephew’s wedding in Cheshire, it was a beautiful day for the happy couple.
One very important and beautiful person was missing the grooms mother and my dear sister. She sadly passed away 20/4/24 after an 8 week diagnosis of pancreatic cancer after no initial symptoms.
I got the idea of the personalised cuff links with her name engraved on the Thursday night prior to the wedding and I paid for the next day delivery. I never told anyone about my purchase until her name was mentioned at the wedding to which I said she’s here on my wrist. I can’t tell you how many positive messages and lovely comments I received so a huge thank you for the quality of your work and promptness getting them to me in time. The way they were presented in the gift box was also very special.
