Great product

The quality of the work performed is…
The quality of the work performed is good. But the website must have things that do not cause misunderstandings. The engraving was not what I ordered, so I had to order a second time and pay double.

Very easy to order on line as range is clearly shown. Previously ordered plastic dedication plaques where it was necessary to discuss finer details of the order. This last order was for a simple brass plaque which we ordered giving description on-line. Finished product was excellent in style and quality. Good to deal with a company who obviously know what they are doing - and doing it at a very fair price.

Customer service was exceptional.
I had a memorial plaque made, Jonathan replied quickly to my email query and rang me to double check some address details. He was friendly and easy to deal with. The plaque was delivered really quickly and is great quality.
