Needed a spare derailleur hanger for my Enigma Escape. Website very helpful and informative and selecting the correct hanger was very straightforward. Prompt delivery etc. Not needed to use it yet, so that's another story...

Titanium bottle cage is well made looks quality isn't too expensive compared to some Titanium bottle cagees. 34 grams instead of claimed 28 grams.

Speedy efficient

Enigma Bicycleworks are a first rate British company. I wanted a titanium gravel bike handmade in British titanium rather than a mass produced bike from the Far East. I bought an Esker last year and the quality is second to none. I have been training on it for use in the B-Hard Ultra marathon in Bosnia. I returned safely first in the brevet category. 1220km, 17000m of climb and 90 hour cut off; I returned in 83hours 45. The bike was fast and comfortable. I had no mechanical issues with the bike and my 56 year old body remarkably endured with no significant neck, back, hip or knee pains! I ran the bike on Campagnolo Bora Ultra wheels and 32mm tubeless. I also have the Campagnolo gravel wheels that it came with and also some Hunt winter wheels. In training for the event I did several routes in the Surrey Hills as time trials; the Enigma was faster than my Cervelo R5!
I have also been really impressed with the sales team, especially Daryl. On my first visit he gave me a tour of the workshop and the after sales service has been really good. Highly recommend Enigma!

Having my ETAPE for 15 years I was gutted when a crack appeared in my top tube, but Enigma did an excellent job in repairing the tube, and with the refurbishment of the frame looks to be new.

Enigma have always been a pleasure to deal with, I've just received and built my second frame from them and the whole process from start to finish has been amazing.

The new Escape frameset is everything I could ask for, 50mm tyre clearance, extra mounting points for bikepacking gear and the all important UDH dropout to run SRAM's latest drivetrains.

I'd highly recommend the brand, and the Enigma Escape MKiii

I’m writing this the start of a month long trip across France from Spain back to the UK on my wonderful Enigma Escape. With ferry’s and trains in the mix you need something that is rugged and light enough to get up these Pyrenean foothills. Was delighted with the personal service from Enigma, calling me up to check on specs, measurements and possible part swaps.
Love how the Escape is the model bike used by Restrap for all the pictures of their bike packing kit, so have a bunch of their stuff too.
