We have had the pleasure of working…

We have had the pleasure of working with Jared Monaghan from Enthuse for just over a year now. He has been a great support for our charity and is always there when needed. We were with a similar company last year and things did not go well. Thanks to Jared things have improved tremendously for us.

Great experience with Enthuse. I had a query that I submitted over the weekend. First thing Monday morning a wonderful lady called Danielle Taylor resolved it for me. Rare that you do not have to follow up on a query these days. Right first time. Well done

Received a fast and helpful response

I had a problem making a donation via my mobile and submitted a request to Enthuse Support for help. Danielle Taylor replied with advice about using a PC/laptop instead of a mobile and was able to confirm that no money had been taken. Problem was therefore quickly all resolved.

Fundraising Page Access

I had a small issue with accessing my fund raising page and Rachel Spanswick was able to provide a prompt and responsive response - getting me logged in immediately. Many thanks to Rachel - I really appreciate your speedy assistance on behalf of Enthuse!

Excellent platform

The customer care provided is excellent Jared has been amazing so far, and any inquiries are addressed promptly. Enthuse enhances our fundraising platform, making it more unique and consistent with our core branding, resulting in a streamlined product. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Additionally, they offer flexible packages, which is incredibly helpful for us as a small charity.

Enthuse - streamline your supporter journey

My experience in using Enthuse is so positive, their system is well laid out and super user friendly. I absolutely love that we can pre load supporter journeys ahead of events and set dates and times for emails to be sent. The team at Enthuse are super helpful and always there with additional support and ideas on how to maximise the impact of events and campaigns. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jared is someone who makes you feel…

Jared is someone who makes you feel like you're his only client, even though you know there are hundreds of organisations that Enthuse works with.

When you communicate with Jared, he takes the time to understand you as a person and your organisation as a client. He keeps on top of your charity activities, events, and what's happening in the sector, and knows how he can best utilise his skills and the expertise of Enthuse to support your role, and the endeavours of your charity.

10/10 customer service

I reached out to Enthuse after trying and failing for ages to add an offline donation to my fundraising page. I sent an email and heard back really quickly from Danielle Taylor. Danielle was so polite and helpful, and she was able to resolved my issue really quickly. Thank you Danielle for the fantastic customer service.

Great service

Danielle responded to my email quickly and dealt with my query in double quick time.
I needed to change my email address and thought it was going to be a pain but actually it wasn’t.
