not environmentally friendly
This company claims it offers products which are safe and environmentally friendly. This is not true. I tried the bacteria based Natural Pond Klear but still had a blanketweed problem, so as suggested on the Natural Pond Klear web page bought the Algae Klear Extra. Only after adding it to my pond did I realise it is copper sulphate 'toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects'. I have ruined my wildlife pond and I am heartbroken.

Hello, I'm sorry to learn of this.
Just to confirm, when using as recommended on the bottle, Algae Klear Xtra is safe to use in a wildlife pond. Where possible we recommend to not use this in a pond with aquatic snails, all other wildlife is fine to use this with.
Our technical support team are happy to help and clarify all queries, I'd recommend contacting us on 01246 240 880 or email us info@envii.co.uk so we can help clarify this further. Rest assured, you've not ruined your wildlife pond.
Kind Regards, Ash

Good eco friendly products which really work.
If my pond was ten times as deep I'm sure the water would still be clear enough to see the bottom !

Pond Water Issues
Excellent company, i have bought from them before & they are allways willing to give advice.
Sortted out an issue with my pond water after losing three fish, obtained pond test strips & after discussions with them we purchased Envii Pond Equaliser.
