I came to Envirorelectricbikes after my local shop let me down.
I have to say from start to finish, the service I have had from them has been exceptional.
My order arrived but the wrong bike had been sent by the warehouse - this was immediately sorted for me, with the correct bike being sent to me just a few days later, and the wrong one being collected soon after - all without any hassle or stress for me.
Unfortunately; when the correct bike arrived it had a faulty valve, but this was not the shop’s fault, and they once again immediately set about sorting this - they told me to just take the tube off the wrong bike which was still in my possession at that time.

Their communications were absolutely first rate, always contacting me when they said they would, and I need to make a special mention and thank you to Scott for his professionalism and attention to excellent customer care and service.

Well done team, I have no hesitation in recommending you guys.

Excellent bike very happy excellent service

The bike came on time works great not had any problems. The only thing i think there should be a rear break light included other than that quite happy.

Wanted to buy one of their e-bikes, sent 2 emails for more details on specification of the crates in their pictures and tried to use their online chat but no reply on either. I wouldn't trust to buy from an unresponsive company, especially as they don't provide much info and only have one picture of the bikes on their website.

I would truly recommend these guys.They were so helpful and when I had problems picking my bike they were so professional and friendly through the whole process.Thank You guys ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

This was the only bike supplier in the UK that actually looked at what my specifications were for my business cargo bike and in a very timely manner found the solution at a very reasonable price. Throughout the purchase and through to delivery I was constantly informed with regards the current delivery status . When delivered there was an electrical fault with the bike. Enviroelectric were straight onto the manufacturer , demanding and getting a remedy. So when things go wrong (which they can) Scott from enviro certainly put 100% into resolving. This is also a small family business and when you speak to them, they know who you are. A proper personal service
