9/10 but still would consider it 5 stars.

I've had a lot of ups and downs with this hosting however more ups, For the downs, Unfortunately, there have been quite a few bumps and a few times where supports been more on the slow side. A couple of times where my servers randomly got terminated or shut down saying I didn't pay for them when I did, Apparently was a fault in their system and was still fixed. Although Prices are by far the cheapest and best out there, The specs are great and the servers are fast. I just, unfortunately, have experienced some downsides lol.

Overall I still highly recommend going with EnviroMC. They are still the best hosting out there compared to others, You have to factor in specs, prices & support. If 2 out of the 3 are right and support is at least "Average" which it is here. Its worth it all the way.

Nice owner, no overpricing, but the respond speed for tickets and support stuff is slow.

So our server got ddosed, i have requested to get a anti ddos solution, we paid ~90$ for GRE tunnel setup, and it took DAYS, we need speed, time isnt trash. Yesterday the host owner said: :it will be done today"
It been half and a day now, and my servers isnt working and he said: "I’ve dragged an entire sys admin team onto this. Good time for hetzner’s backend network to break today"
We have been waiting and waiting, and our player count dropped insane, from over 300 down to 80
Edit: they took 3 days to reply my ticket and remove my card out of their system. Really bad support, dont use this host

My MC Eternal Minecraft modded Server did not start, I thought more RAM was needed, made a ticket and asked if they could give me a few gb more for a few hours so I can test if the server is starting. Instead of doing that, they uncapped my CPU and added aikar flags. When the Server is starting it is using nearly 1/4 of the whole CPU. No lag so far. Great. 11/10! I especially like it that they provide a full status page with CPU usage (I can see the CPU spiking when I start my server), RAM, network and the Uptime. Best Game hoster I have ever used.

the prices are more than fair and the service they offer is amazing! the support is 10x faster than other hosters and they also have a discord server wich is pretty good to for fast responses!

the uptime is nearly 99.9999% we don‘t had any shutdowns or issues the last months!

I hired a smaller server and they helped out with transferring from my previous host as well as various other issues I ran into over time. Fairly priced and quick to respond, would definitely recommend to others!

By far the best hosting service i’ve used! Very helpful and fast responses on tickets in their discord. They have very good pricing on their servers, and I have never had an issue in-game yet. I’m sure if I did though, I’d still have fast help with a ticket!

Very good hosting with great staff, staff can be sometimes slow because there is only like 2 people that actually reply. My tps from the server is around 20 with more then 30 players.

I purchased a 4gb premium server from them and was able to play Minecraft vanilla 1.15 smoothly with little to no lag at all, running with average 9 people. I am honestly very satisfied with not only their server plans but their customer service, as they easily provided me with a refund when I failed to end my plan. If I ever want to start a new Minecraft server in the future, I will make sure to buy from EnviroMC again.

Good service. Have been able to use all the CPU that I needed @ 25 players and haven't had a crash from out of memory on the 8 GB Premium plan.
