Not my first time dealing with Envirorides and can gladly say still top marks. Not much too state really, I had know issues or queries but as a multiple time customer I knew their team would be on hand and always go the extra mile to help. Seamless purchase experience from Envirorides ,packaged and handle with care (receipt of purchase was slightly delayed as the delivery companies up my way are still playing catch up after all the bad weather recently so no fault on anyone’s part tbh) As always top quality product, really solid and premium feel. Always feel confident after I press the purchase button when shopping here, great all round , thank you Envirorides, happy shopper again

Good team very polite after me calling several times to ask questions they were more than happy to answer and help had a screw missing off my scooter and the day after they sent it out to me will be using this company again soon as I need a upgrade from my R1 2.0 so looking forward to dealing with this company in the near future thanks EnviroRides 👍🏼💯

Thank you for your review.
We’re really glad we were able to repair your eScooter under warranty at no cost, in full accordance with our warranty policy.
We do want to clarify one point regarding the tyre. During our inspection, we found that the eScooter had a flat/punctured tyre. As tyres are classified as wear-and-tear items, they are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Before returning your eScooter, we contacted you and noted in your service report that we recommended replacing the damaged tyre while the eScooter was in our workshop. You chose not to proceed with the replacement at that time. We have also reached out again since to address any concerns, but have not yet received a response.
We would still be more than happy to assist further and await your reply.
