It was such an amazing experience for my daughter. It was well organized, structured and my daughter felt safe.

I liked that I heard from entrepreneurs that kept it real but I also didn't like that we had little to no freedom and bad food with no where to buy snacks for the night. Envision can improve by providing better lessons for the program, bedding, food. They did well by providing real life entrepreneurs to talk about their struggles, start up and background, and also the amount of time it takes for them to be millionaires.

I’m honestly just so grateful for the faculty and staff and how caring they were. They made sure we felt safe and was comfortable of our stay. During that one week, I felt like I went back home with so many knowledge that I started telling my siblings everything and demonstrating what I’ve learned. This program helped me want to pursue the medical field by a 1000. :D

My son enjoyed his experience and his roommates. The lack of showers available for the entire floor was ridiculous, and the drop-off and pickup procedures could be more precise, smoother, and better signs. Other than that, it was very educational, a wonderful time of learning, and I would recommend it.

The experience was amazing

It was good but very hot. Next time give out fans or sell them because I guarantee they will buy them.

I went for the engineering program at Berkeley and it was very fun. The people were nice and I loved my roommates, I was nervous at first since it was my first time doing a camp like that but it was genuinely really fun. My only complaint is there was not enough shower / down time - we only had about 30-40 minutes for the entire floor of like 30+ people to shower, brush teeth, and whatever else you need to do at night and there is only about 7 showers so it was definitely a struggle. Although after the first couple of days you get used to it, just gotta be really fast !

I was able to make a bunch of new fried s and got to learn a whole bunch of new stuff that’ll help me in the medical field

It was so good at first I was sad to be away from home but the staff were so welcoming and I met some of the best people ever. And the stuff we were taught was actually interesting. It was such a good time I would go back.

It was a good taste of what college is like.

From the second I got there the whole program seemed extremely disorganized. The advisors aren’t the most reliable or knowledgeable people. We receive booklet at the beginning of the program that we may have used all of 3 times. Curriculum itself had many flaws. Overall the idea of the program is fascinating but I wish there was more prior knowledge and organization before and during the program.

Didn’t know what to expect on my first day. I was very nervous! But as the first day went by, I saw I had nothing to be concerned about. First of all I found out, it was a safe space for kids my age. Then I enjoyed the educational aspect of things, teachers and the new friends I met. I am looking forward to coming back next year.

The staff were lovely, however, the program planning could use some work. Due to the crowded schedule, programs would often run overtime leading to other activities being cut. In the end, we spent the majority of our time on robotics that we were unable to test and tinker cad which only had a few who understood it. We were unable to participate in a large amount of the medicine activities the program advertised(such as the first aid simulations, learning sutures, and wound dressing). Overall, I would not recommend this program for individuals interested in the medicine part over the robotics and engineering.

My experience at the Jr National Young Leadership Conference was amazing! I really enjoyed getting to know other people from around the country. Seeing the monuments, meeting people such as Senators, and other activities was truly eye-opening to others outside my pod. I recommend this experience for others looking to grow in leadership skills.

The pick up was horrible. They should have had a better system. Cars were lined up very far down the road waiting to pick up their scholars. The last day to showcase your scholars art was deceiving. I thought it was going to be an actual program. We basically checked our scholars out and picked up their projects. Also, the photo thing was in poor taste. Parents should be able to view their scholars online without having to purchase. I was able to see some of the photos and my daughter was not in any. I assume its because I didnt purchase them.

It was so fun, but it was incredibly unorganized. They also had no control of the students there.

I loved the intensive law and trial program. Our advisors were amazing. I feel enlightened. This program introduced me to mock trial, and now I'd like to continue in that pathway. It was definitely a lot of work, but having such good staff made it feel manageable. This program truly helped me grow as a person.

During this program, I not only learned about various aspects of the medical field, but I also made many friends along the way.

This was our daughter’s 5th debate/law/mock trial camp and this was her absolute favorite! She loved everything! Stanford did not disappoint. The professors were an A+. She loved participating in a court room trial. Her group leader and mentor was fantastic! She was stimulated, engaged, busy but there was time to socialize as well, and the fellow students it attracted were wonderful! It was organized and well done. She returned home with new friends who are from all across the country and even made friends who live near us. She is extremely motivated to attend law school. Highly recommend!

Great staff and experience! The program was a great learning experience and I can’t wait to attend another program!
