Ross and Cat have been very helpful to help us deal with the sale of our first home and purchase of our second home. The selling part in particular was not as straightforward as we'd hoped but they've been good at explaining the process and keeping in touch throughout.

As a first-time buyer, Chloe was exceptional. She was always happy to answer any questions I had and would look into things for me whenever needed. Chloe’s main goal throughout the process was to make sure I was able to secure a property, regardless of the challenges around the deposit, and she did exactly that.

I’ve now happily settled into my new home, and I have Chloe to thank for guiding me through the entire process. She kept in regular communication with the solicitors right up until the very end and also helped me with various other insurance requirements along the way.

As a first time buyer the thought of buying a house was a daunting prospect, and Chloe has made something which would've kept me up at night stressing over, really very easy! Chloe set up an initial call to go over my situation and got a decision in principle set up the same day. This allowed me to view houses with confidence in my budget and allowed me to make an informed decision when it came to making an offer! In the end, it was less than 48 hours from informing Chloe that I had booked a viewing to having an offer accepted at closing date, and in that time Chloe put me in touch with a solicitor as well as guiding me through the bid process.
