Our first 2 year mortgage deal was coming to an end and Steffi who originally helped us through the first time buyer process sent us a message to remind us that it was ending and got looking for the next best deal for us straight away!

We agreed on another 2 year fixed rate deal but the next day Steffi informed us that nationwide had lowered their interest rates and Steffi kindly offered to cancel our original deal so we could get the lower interest rate saving us an extra £29 a month on our mortgage payment!

Very disappointed with the communication throughout my experience. Initial contact was good, however after that I struggled to get updates or responses to messages and calls despite being actively looking to make offers on properties. As a first-time buyer, regular communication and guidance is really important, and unfortunately I felt left in the dark for most of the process.

Absolutely brilliant and fantastic service. Genuinely couldn't have done it without them. It took a long time for me to find my new home and Robyn was there every step of the way with excellent advice and help, cant thank her enough. I never leave reviews but in this case it was a must. Fantastic experience with Ross and Cat! We were introduced to Ross at Envoy Financial through Taylor Wimpey in South Queensferry. Ross spoke to us the next evening after work which was so convenient. Throughout, the whole experience he has been so great to talk to and guided us seamlessly through the process. We had added complications of changing salaries and me being on maternity leave. We’ve been able to keep in touch by WhatsApp chat and Ross and Cat have both been so responsive. We even had a call while on holiday to get things moving. It’s been a great personal service from the team with Ross taking a real interest in us and what we are looking for.
