We cannot recommend Ross, Erin and the team at Envoy Financial enough. As a first-time buyer, the entire process seemed incredibly daunting, but Ross was a guiding light from start to finish.

They took the time to carefully walk me through each step and address all of my queries, no matter how small. They were constantly one step ahead of me and kept me updated throughout the entire process, so we never once had to follow up with them for an update.

When we were having minor issue to find a solicitor, Ross found a solutions. The team was also found us an incredibly competetive interest rate and we did'nt expect. They took time to review and update our mortgage offer everytime interest rate is changing for us to get the lowest one.

Communication was excellent, clear, concise, super flexible with contact times. There was no upsell for better commission, pushing you this way or that. A solution was provided based exactly on my needs, alternatives were discussed with positives and negatives and then recommendations were suggested based on my circumstances.
