Good quick response to order being delivered. DHL didn't give me 1 hr time slot as they said would happen it arrived 4pm after waiting in all day but thus is DHL not epic stuff. Also would of been good to have batteries supplied in the remote controller but other than that car is really good quality and very happy with purchase

I purchased a pink electric Jaguar car for my 3 year old grand daughter.
It arrived on time 3 days later and is actually for Christmas.
My husband and I spent a very happy and fun 30 minutes putting it together.
Lights/music/horn and accelerator noises all work as does the parental remote control. Great seat- the only one I could find in my price range that is leather and not just a piece of hard plastic.
I can't wait to see her face when she opens the now massive parcel- I'm absolutely sure she's going to love it.

We bought our grandson the ride on tractor- first of all it’s absolutely fantastic! He loves it - we were worried that it may be like ride ons we had bought in the past for our own sons with limited power but no need to worry! This is a powerful little thing with a good motor inside that is quite quick and the parental remote control is a really great safety feature. We had issues with some of the instructions when building ( my husband works with machinery and is handy !)… but never mind a few emails to Dylan and even after 5 pm he did get back to me straight away! Delivery was within 2 days which surprised me as it was free! This review is so good you would think it’s staged !! I assure you it’s not ! Up to now great tractor ! And great experience with this company if you are thinking of buying from them don’t hesitate
( maybe buy your product pre built save yourself some grey hair ! Ha ha )

Brilliant little electric ride-on, glad I went with EVA tyres and the twist throttle was a must, as that’s our grandson knows you ride a bike, the 24v chain drive is also a lot better and quieter, I have fitted my own stabilisers to this as he’s to young for it really, he loves it. A very good buy. Quality bits and really looks the part, it’s parked in the garage next to mine. Awesome bike for the money.

The quality of the materials is not very good, I have been with the scooter for 3 months and after folding it when lifting it, the entire rear part where it hooks has been broken. the part is not available other brands are compatible with each other and the spare parts are available on Amazon quickly.

Good reviews but I strongly advise caution from my personal experience. Advocacy is not only from a good experience but how things are managed and resolved when they go wrong. Firstly, it is surprising that the guarantee provided by this company is six months. Considering the cost of products, which are reasonable on face value, you would expect to last longer. Is the guarantee duration linked to robustness I wonder? No where does it show on the website when purchasing only a six month guarantee. Raised my daughter’s electric car not working. Less than a year. Response? I have a six month guarantee, send some pictures (done), send back to us at your cost (£35) and we will look at it. Asked from Complaint Process, not forthcoming. Progress with Section 75 through credit card.

Bike fine. Delivery terrible. They did not give the courier the alternative telephone number so delivery failed. I rang courier and gave them the number and the courier did not pass it to the driver so second attempt it was delivered to the wrong neighbor. So poor communication.

Product fine. Thought the postage was a bit steep. Further to this review, the company contacted me agreeing postage was too high for the item i ordered and refunded the whole postage amount. Most surprising and most welcome. Very good customer service.
