Ordered 22nd Dec was sceptical about whether it would arrive before Xmas and work after assembly with all relevant parts etc. Leaving no time to rectify if not.
Arrived the next day, in pristine condition with no problems regards any parts missing or issues with any of the electrical components I.E. motors, batteries, charger, charging, hand held remote?Bluetooth connection, and mp4 player all working fine.
My 2 n half year olds face on Christmas day absolutely priceless 👌 he's car mad and added together with his BOSCH workbench and tools he couldn't get enough of his own ride with favourite tunes via Bluetooth and using his tools to slide under his car like a mechanic and fix his car ready to drive.
One happy dad as well as one extremely happy 2 n half year old little boy.

Absolutely incredible product, did everything it said it would and more. Was exceptional value great build quality and the after service was amazing. I had failed to follow the detailed instructions and was talked through my mistake over the phone. So nice to know that once you’ve paid your custom is still valued

When I first purchased my 1600W 48V off road scooter, I was a bit apprehensive whether it would full fill it's range and speed.
I was amazed at the response, power and distance this will go. I live in a village and this ideal for village to village transport. The lights, disc brakes and off road wheels make sure your safe and seen. The only advise I would give is invest in a Crash helmet and gloves. I got clocked uphill on a speed camera doing 19mph LOL.
The best investment and value for money. The only downside is the 10 hr charging. Li-ion Battery is a better choice model and quicker charging. Overall 5/5!!!

Pre-order communication was excellent and once ordered the quad arrived amazingly quickly.

Delivered within two days of order - everything was there - box was damaged tho, due to Delivery company standing on it - clear signs of boot prints and excess weight. EpicStuff should have a word saying they expect better. But product good so far.

Epic Stuff no problem with ordering or communication’s, couldn’t get through on the phone but got email answers from Dylan.
Now DHL are a different story, absolutely rubbish, if you read this Epic Stuff ditch them.
Order was picked up Friday 19th November, tracking on DHL website said out for delivery Monday, stayed in all day, no show.
Website said out for delivery Tuesday stayed in all day, no show.
Wednesday website said I was the 72nd delivery on the drivers route, that disappeared the next time I looked.
Then a message appeared saying would I like the driver to text and email me just prior to delivery, said yes filled in the details.
Suddenly with no notification the driver turns up, says my go kart is a 2 man delivery, so I go to get a mask to help in the meantime he had put the boxes on the pavement and driven off.
