Love my equidry purchases. But!!

Love my equidry purchases! But!! The rubber tag on the zip has come off one day when I zipped up, and the popper for the leg strap (I have never ridden in this coat) has come off completely. I bought this is autumn and it has had light use. Not what I’d expect from equidry.

Never could really afford cost with…

Never could really afford cost with such big price tag. So when this year decided to treat myself for bday ( as they were on reduced price ). Was really excited to receive it. After days days of issue off it not being delivered I gave up. Company stance was that its delivering company issue and they can’t do anything about it.
such disappointment… something that meant to be a really nice thing, turned out to be waste of hours on phone to Equidry and DPD and still no coat …

As much as I really wanted that coat it’s just not worth the hassle.

Definitely won’t be buying again and definitely will be sharing my experience with everyone who even mentions equidry

The delivery issues occurred due to the address being entered in an incorrect format, which unfortunately meant DPD were unable to complete delivery. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you.

We worked really hard along side both yourself and DPD throughout, working daily to try and get the parcel delivered. When this wasn’t possible, we followed your request to have the parcel returned back to us and processed a full refund.

We are truly sorry for all the inconvenience caused and appreciate how disappointing this must have felt. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we did do everything we could to try and resolve this for you.

Very poor customer service

Despite the bizarre sizing options and guide, I was prepared to order an ‘oversized’ long coat with mesh lining in either size M or L but there’s no availability in any of the seven colours in either size??? Also tried to speak to someone re sizing but no pick up, no answerphone and no call back from the contact form I then sent. The coats may be good but it’s a 1 out of 5 for customer service

I actually love my coat.I love the…

I actually love my coat.I love the colour (Green with pink lining)I love the fact I dont need to wear leggings when walking my dogs.I love the way the zip can go up from the bottom to give you room to move your legs.
BUT there are bits I dont love ..
The hood is to big,I can see anything with it on and I have to wear a wooly hat to keep it from blowing off my head.It also over hangs my head torch.
I dont like the fact it takes me ages to get the zip lined up to zip it up.with all that said,I would buy one again,if im ever lucky enough to be given a bonus again.Im not sure when I actually bought my coat,it was sometime last year so its had some very heavy downpours to deal with.

Amazing Coats!!

Amazing customer support, very quick delivery! My daughter has two coats now and they are both amazing quality, leaving her dry and warm! I would absolutely recommend and definitely buy again!! Thank you!!

Very impressed

Coats to fit ALL sizes!!!

Being a "plus" sized lady, there are not too many equestrian clothing manufacturers around, so I couldn't believe it when I stumbled across Equidry as they do just that!
I bought a large oversized Evolution long coat as I wanted something to keep me warm and dry when out riding. I couldn't believe the fit, with plenty of room to wear extra layers underneath and still have plenty of room to easily move around in, furthermore, its so toasty warm!
I was that impressed that I have now bought the thin fleeced lined shortie to wear around the yard. Thanks Equidry..I can't thank you enough. I just wish I had found out about you sooner!!!

Just don’t bother.

Ordered a coat and a pair of jods. After only a couple of times wearing the jods, the stitching was faulty and got told I could only return for them to get fixed or a replacement- they would “review” upon return. Okay, it is what it is. Sent the return back… ZERO communication. Next thing I know, after approx 1 week, I get an email to say my equidry parcel is out for delivery. Okay? Didn’t realise I was expecting anything, therefore wasn’t home. The delivery driver did not follow safe place instructions and my parcel got stolen. I contacted Equidry who said that I had to wait fo DPD to investigate and to contact them again in 6 working days if they haven’t. Of course, DPD didn’t bother, so I contacted Equidry. The response was that I could have a replacement pair sent out, but would have to wait until Monday for this. No problem. Then I was told “I suggest you remove your safe place instructions to prevent this happening again”. The issue wasn’t my safe place, it was that my instructions weren’t followed in the first place?! Your SAFE PLACE instructions are there for a REASON. I immediately responded and asked if I could change the colour, to which I got told “no. The order has been placed”. Funny, because less than a few mins after I received that email, I then got an email today the order had been placed. If they wanted to have helped, they would have. Honestly, this whole experience has just been soured. I’ve been wanting to purchase from equidry for so long, and finally decided to treat myself. I won’t bother next time- I’ll go elsewhere. I didn’t appreciate the tone on the emails nor did I appreciate the unhelpfulness. Honestly, go elsewhere.

Clicked for express delivery 1-2 days…

Clicked for express delivery 1-2 days it’s been 6 days now and still no notification to say parcel on the way nothing on the website to say not delivering. Tried to contact customer services for days to get ignored or fobbed off. Quick to take my money yet haven’t sent the goods!!! Avoid at all costs!

High quality coats - highly recommend

We have five of these coats in adult and children's sizes. They are excellent quality and the children get a lot of use out of them. As well as for riding they are handy for slipping on after other outdoor sports. Ours are always on standby on the side lines of rugby and football matches!

Equidry customer service is also excellent. Thank you Becca and Jane.

Black Friday Deals...

Black Friday Deals.... not quite! I accidently purchased the wrong size so as my other dog already has this coat, I had to return it. My fault, as I did not check the shipping cost to return, but the website states £5.00, but I have been deducted £6.99 and yet it cost £2.99 for them to send it to me in the first place! Interesting maths applied so I will not be ordering from them again and especially not during a so called bargain sale!

A great experience

A great experience buying online from Equidry. Fantastic choice of styles and colours and I really like that all the coats and jackets are pictured being worn (as well as in close up etc) so you get a good idea of how they will look. I found the size guide very useful with the measurements given of how big the garments actually are so you can compare with something you already own. Dispatch and delivery was quicker than I expected too.

First class service

Looked at various different coats for my cocker spaniel and eventually decided on Equidry. The product is of the highest quality and fits my dog perfectly. I went for the small long length, and the navy/raspberry combination is beautiful. The customer service is of the highest quality and the turnaround time from order to delivery is first class. Would highly recommend.
