Money taken, no delivery, no response to attempts to contact. Am reporting it as fraud.

My initial experience started awful.
Then a Lady named Emily stepped in and resolved everything within 24hrs.

I can't recommend enough absolutely love my two coats. I started my collection with the Reincoat lite in olive for days on the farm and have recently purchased the short pink hi-viz for evening dogs walks. I love both the coats they are so comfortable to wear and are flattering too.

Ordered 19/12, received in two days, incredibly quick, especially at Christmas time.
However, on unpacking and trying on, I noticed there was about two inches of unsewn seam in the arm hole lining, the mesh and nylon bit. Well , I really didn't want to send back for such a small defect, so took a photo and emailed Customer Support, asking , suggesting, if I could perhaps get a discount instead. I think this was at the weekend, so wasn't expecting to hear back until the following week.
I am so impressed with the quick response and the offer of a 10% refund, which I happily agreed too. I have received confirmation today, that a refund is on the way. Got a needle and thread out to do the repair myself and all is well. 19/12 to 22/12. Will certainly buy from this company again. 100%. Regardless of the small defect the jacket is lovely quality.

Having use Reincoat for a few years now. They are always super helpful, fast delivery. Always on the end of a email for any questions. Fab products which last & always bringing out exciting new products.

I LOVE the coat, don’t get me wrong it’s brilliant. However, the zip failed within 20 days and I had nothing but communication misfires and delayed correspondence from Reincoat. They’ve replaced it 24 days after I reported the defect.

I had wrong return info sent - send it back new with tags (which is obviously not possible for a faulty return)

Please return and we’ll exchange even though consumer rights clearly state for a faulty item the customer should not pay for returns and replacement. They did eventually send a DPD link.

5 day turnaround to process the exchange was actually 7 days with zero comms from the company.

No confirmation of dispatch when they did finally send it.

By activating the guarantee you’re automatically signed up to marketing emails which is not in line with guidance but you get no email confirmation of the guarantee being active.

So although I love the coat and if the new one doesn’t break I will be wearing it for the foreseeable I am just so unimpressed with the customer support I wouldn’t recommend anybody buy one. Such a shame.

Ordered lots of items.
So far taken 13 days, still no items in sight. Read the reviews. I WISH I had.
I won't ever be buying anything from them again.
I can't imagine this brand is going to last very long

I bought a reincoat for my daughter who works outdoors all the time. The coat was brilliant, great fit, lovely quality, looks great, especially the reflective strips and back pleat.
Unfortunately during some heavy rain it developed a small leak in one place. I contacted reincoat who promptly arranged for its return and a replacement to be sent out. Excellent customer service through out. Great coat for the wet British winter. New coat works a treat !

I ordered a short jacket from Reincoat, which arrived promptly and with great delivery information. The jacket was beautiful, but I felt the fit for me was not quite right. I got in touch with Reincoat and they quickly sent me a return code. The returns system was easy and customer service was superb. My refund was processed as soon as they had received the parcel. Thanks Emily at Reincoat for the fabulous service!

Ordered and paid in full 10 days ago. No order confirmation and the order is still showing as unconfirmed. I have made several attempts to get in touch and only get an automated response to say they will email me, but nothing so far

Ordered and received pretty quickly initially. Coat was too big so requested a return code and returned (they don’t cover return postage which was £15) tracked and received by Reincoat on 11th Nov. 2 weeks later I still haven’t received my exchange. I’ve emailed asking what’s happening and haven’t had a response to my 2 emails. I have asked for a refund as the website now says the coat is on back order until 12th Dec. I’ve had no correspondence from Reincoat to state this and no response to my email asking for a refund. Customer service is appalling when it comes to exchanges and refunds. I’m now almost a month in with no coat and £205 down . Never again will I purchase from them .

Absolutely love my Reincoat! I wear it every day walking the dog and it’s kept me completely dry in proper downpours. The fit is great and it’s breathable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a proper waterproof coat.

However, I waited and waited and did not receive the coat. Eventually I messaged to ask where it was and was shocked to hear that they had taken the money but no coat was available for me. I was told that there might be a returned one in the warehouse and Olivia would check on Monday 20th and let me know. However, complete silence. No answers to my emails and no feedback about availability. Apparently I have been refunded but won't get that for 10 days at least.

This is shocking treatment of a dissatisfied and offended now ex customer.

Purchased a Reincoat Pro in the autumn and absolutely love it. I work outside in all weathers and was tired of buying endless coats that leak around the seams. After a whole wet cold winter my Reincoat Pro has lived beyond my expectations it’s kept me so warm and most importantly dry! It’s very well made, lightweight, easy to work in and stylish too. Definitely worth every penny
