Didn't have too long to wait honest time frame given ..very polite response
Explained however that accents are difficult..
For myself older ( but a speech & Language Therapist)...still struggled to fully hear the speech ( Indian accent).
So needs to have slower delivery and some help with phonics speech sounds in English sorry to add that

I found the operative, Vathsala, very helpful and efficient. I've worked for 35 years in financial services and know how much processes are bogged down by the need to ID clients, and then go through the statutory warnings before actioning requests. Vathsala handled this all very well, and had answers for the couple of questions I had without having to search through her script.
Overall, a big well done.

The lovely young man - Abhishek-Shivaraju - was about the kindest, nicest, most efficient person I have come across at the other end of the phone. I was quite abrupt and dismissed his suggestion that I could change my address on line and his response was to understand my difficulty and help me out on the phone.
I am sick and tired of dealing with things 'on line' and talking to machines and AI bots. The human touch is invaluable, expecially when the human is as great as Abhishek.

The assistant was so helpful. I got into a dither trying to sort out how to change my email address and he was very patient and helped me. Only needed to answer a few security questions and it was all done. Brilliant as I was then able to log into my account and get what I needed.

Thank you to Pitoka Chophy for dealing with my questions and advising me of what the next move would be. My query was complex but he broke it down bit by bit to help my understanding much better. I was dreading phoning but he put me at ease. The level of service received was excellent compared to other companies and banks I’ve had to deal with due to death of my husband. Thank you.

She took us through every step with good explanation and being very patience.

Difficult to understand and still unable to log in to my account

Pitoka Chophy is very helpful and informative, help me with the task I required.

Although the wait to be connected is slightly frustrating, when I spoke to the agent, the service was very good. Talked me through my issues, with a bit of humour. All sorted in 5 minutes. Great service.

Poorva, who I eventually got to was so very helpful and made sure I understood everything she said without rushing me, very pleased to speak to her.

I've again tried to contact Equitini with regard to loging into my account which I've been locked out of.
50 minute call wait unacceptable. So tried to email via contact us on website. After another round of pressing buttons and getting back to the start. Gave up Appalling service . Do these companies do this to cause as much distress as possible. It appears so.

The customer advisor I spoke to after having to listen to repetitive music and message for 30 minutes was extremely helpfull and dealt quickly with my problem, but there needs to be more staff to answer telephone calls. My enquiry was not something I could do online! I needed to speak to a human being.

Shockingly poor customer service. Straightforward query after having difficulty logging on. After an extended hold was given an alternative number to ring. Got straight through but spoke to an agent who struggled to grasp what my query was. Updated my email address but unable to help further, telling me to call the general number again. Cue an even longer hold. Here's hoping for a better outcome this time - if they can be bothered picking up the phone that is.
