Ordered a charge 4 strap which arrived the next day. They made a picking error sending a charge 2. This was sorted amazingly fast and the correct one sent. Very easy to deal with. Excellent service
Missing order and then Ghosted (Order #93511)
Ordered a watch strap and received a tracking link the following day. After a week I checked the tracking again to see how the delivery was progressing as it should have arrived by now, only to find that the tracking has gone dead and the package has not moved or been scanned again hours after it was shipped. After a few attempts to contact them via email and phone, I waited another week only to get an email saying they are following up with courier company. This is now more than 4 weeks later, still no product and a nightmare trying to get in contact with their non existent customer service. It is very poor form and sucks. I am left without a product I have already paid for and now it seems that I am being ghosted by them...
I have tried reaching out to them via phone and email multiple times and the phone line always goes direct to voice message and calls are never returned.
By far the worst experience and I would never recommend them to anyone or use them again.

Wrong product received, customer service sucks. I am left with wrong headphone pads and being ghosted by them...
Ordered some replacement headphone pads from them. They gave me the wrong ones. Ok no big deal, I am sure its just a mistake on their part so I email them about it. They come back to me to confirm my headphone model and I replied within a few hours. It has now been a week since they last replied. I tried reaching out to them via phone and its always busy and puts me straight to voice message. Would be happy just to get a refund now.
Absolutely horrible experience, would never recommend it to anyone or use it again.

I'm very impressed
I'm very impressed. I ordered a charging cable for my Garmin smart watch after midday on 8 Nov, had almost immediate confirmation from Equipo and NZ Post that order was on its way and I could track it. It was in my letterbox this afternoon 9 Nov!
I thought it might take 2 or 3 days but it was only 24 hours CHCH to Auckland.
Great service. Would definitely use again.
Total shambles
I ordered a single watch strap in mid September. By end October it had still not arrived (even though I am only in Australia). I sent a chase up message and they blamed the couriers even though their own tracking system showed the item had not even been despatched. I chased again. They blamed the couriers again. I asked for a refund. Radio silence. If I need a new watch strap in future, I'd rather use string than place an order with this sham company.
They were awesome
They were awesome. Lots of updates on my delivery. A quick replacement when I had ordered the wrong strap.
They answered emails, sent emails.
Thoroughly recommend them.
No response to wrong parts
The parts I got didn't fit my model as stated on the website. After notifying Equipo I got a good response asking for photos to try and find the right part. From there I have had no response. That happened over a week ago. I have since had a good response from Equipo and they are sorting my issue.
