No customer service
I received an incorrect order and have left message after message with absolutely no response back.
I feel ripped off and want some sort of customer service from them, so far NONE.
My advice is don't deal with them.

Quality of products aren't that great
Quality of products aren't that great, 2 out of my 3 straps have broken. And when trying to use their returns/exchanges portal it just takes u to a blank screen.

Order some where else
The first watch band never even left the depot. When I emailed and asked it hadn’t been tracked properly so they sent out another. It arrived and does not fit the watch face I ordered it for. It’s not as pictured and it’s cheap and feels as though it would break after one use. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and return address with no reply. Terrible company to deal with

Edit: they replied and refunded the order seems like the shipping company returned the order for some reason will adjust the rating from one star to 2 just because the refund they still need to reply faster coz it took too long for an answer 3 months ...

I was kept informed every step of the way from when my payment was accepted to when the product was picked and in the hands of the courier to when it would be delivered . I’m very happy with my purchase.
Very efficient service
Be careful as instructions not there/ not labelled
I bought a strap and it wasn't clearly labelled that the pins were in the bag. They told me customers often miss them as they are in a small bag and by that stage I'd already thrown them out making the $35 strap worthless. They responded quickly but didn't offer alternative pins and there was no instructions with the strap. As its something they said people often experience they need to improve their after care service.
Excellent service and good quality
I've ordered the wrong straps. Emailed them, got a return number the next day... Returned the goods. Then couldn't get hold of them via email or phone but eventually over FB messenger regarding my new straps. They were excellent. Recived new straps the next day. Very professional and helpful... Straps are excellent quality. The whole family wears Equipo straps.
Fantastic delivery time
Fantastic delivery time. Ordered on a Wednesday morning, delivered by lunchtime on Thursday. Just hope the strap lasts longer than the last one.

Received my order and found an item missing as this was meant to be a whole kit for my headset. Emailed them back the same day and never heard from them. Bloody useless!

Ordered a charge 4 strap which arrived the next day. They made a picking error sending a charge 2. This was sorted amazingly fast and the correct one sent. Very easy to deal with. Excellent service
Missing order and then Ghosted (Order #93511)
Ordered a watch strap and received a tracking link the following day. After a week I checked the tracking again to see how the delivery was progressing as it should have arrived by now, only to find that the tracking has gone dead and the package has not moved or been scanned again hours after it was shipped. After a few attempts to contact them via email and phone, I waited another week only to get an email saying they are following up with courier company. This is now more than 4 weeks later, still no product and a nightmare trying to get in contact with their non existent customer service. It is very poor form and sucks. I am left without a product I have already paid for and now it seems that I am being ghosted by them...
I have tried reaching out to them via phone and email multiple times and the phone line always goes direct to voice message and calls are never returned.
By far the worst experience and I would never recommend them to anyone or use them again.
