I ordered the wrong size of headset cushion replacements and Equipo responded quickly to my query about swapping them. Then in double quick time the replacements arrived and now my headset is being used again.

Fitbit bands
I recently purchased some bands for my Fitbit, when I had an issue with one of them I emailed Equipo. They replied within a couple of hours, immediately sent me a replacement band, excellent customer service.

It was the only company I could find in NZ that stocked the replacement parts for my JBL headphones. I was shocked at the price, they were so cheap. I ordered on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday lunchtime. They also took 2 seconds to change with my old ear muff pieces. Awesome service, will definitely deal with again and the packaging is super cute!!
Very limited sizing options..
The sizing's for the watch straps are extremely limited. I have very average sized female wrists and there are 3 options that fit my size range, all of which are not very nice looking. I wanted a simple black leather strap so I ordered one, but it is still loose even on the tightest loop. Very disappointing to have such limited options.

Update: 12/3/24 - equipo sent all the straps with the correct connectors just in time for the birthday! It took multiple emails and stress but we did end up with the correct straps for the smart watches.
Bought 3 straps at over $80 total for all 3. Straps were for 2 differnt smart watches. None of the fittings matched the smart watches they were bought for. All 3 straps had exact same connection fittings and the connection fittings were wrong for both watches. Emailed back and forward with them. TheM basically saying we were wrong they had but connectors on. They didnt believe us. Taken photos to prove .
We are still trying to get the right straps or connectors. Looks like we are just going to go for a refund cause they have been awful to deal with.
This was a birthday present and thats been ruined entirely by either incompetence or lying about what smart watches their straps can connect with
Leaving voice message n getting no call back to taking 3 days to respond to emails.
Overall some of the hardest birthday shopping for some time.

I could not make them fit despite Equipo's insistence that they were "compatible".
I will return them and expect a full refund.

Updated review: Equippo saw that I had put up a review saying I didn't receive my item and had given a 1 star review. Updating to say that they contacted me and sent the item which was what I was after. The item arrived quickly the second time.

Not a happy customer...
I have ordered from Equipo in the past and they were excellent. Not anymore! My order never arrived. Got lost before it was picked up by the courier. They then told me it was out of stock, but would send my order as soon as it was back in stock. Checked website, it’s in stock. Still nothing. Emailed, left phone messages, tried bot. No response.
Finally someone got in touch after I posted 1 star review on their website. Funnily enough that review is not showing on their website.
Update: Item was ordered 9 February and finally delivered 4 March.
