Very disappointed
After reading the reviews I had high hopes from this company. They sent me the wrong product and then blamed it on the suppliers not updating picture on website. Product was poorly packaged. Arranged it to be returned and they only refunded me the the item returned not delivery cost. I understand if the item I actually ordered was sent and I didn’t like it but to send me the wrong product and not refund me £6.00 delivery is not good. They said it’s because I had ordered a £3.00 apron roll with it but that was only ordered because of the other product I ordered. The apron roll has no use without the original order. Also, paying £6.00 delivery for a £3.00 product is not worth it. I would never do that. When I questioned the company, they ignored my emails. It’s not about the £6.00 it’s more about the principles this company holds. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a boot cleaning station, having looked around at similar products, all of which were much more expensive, and have to say the delivery came the following day and the product is great, well made and not in anyway inferior to the dearer competition.

Tables and benches
I ordered tables and benches for my Explorer Scout group on line on the Sunday, they arrived quickly on the Wednesday.
Benches and tables all good, customer service was good and quick and the quality of the tables and benches is good. I’m very happy with the service.
