I decided to purchase a grade 2 listed property in 2022 from ERE. The delay has been over one year and the service and follow up and response rate have been very unsatisfactory.

Eimeren and Arturs did not spare themselves in providing all assistance I had asked for and in answering all my questions with regard to my property purchase in Bradford . I made enquiry about assisted living opportunity and was approached my Joe Mercer. He explained everything very well step by step as it was my 1st time buying assisted living accommodation. From the time I first spoke to him there was warmth , kindness and professionalism. He explained everything in black and white which was very reassuring I felt was making the right decision. I appreciate his dedication.

I was then passed over to Gabriella, after sales manager who was equally good.
Buying property can be stressful but Gabriella made the whole process so smooth, she was always on board and kept me informed in every step and assured me in completing questionnaire from solicitors. We actually managed to exchanged and complete a month before agreed time and this was due to all hard work by Gabriella and Joe.

Buying UK property without using HK local agency

Honest people with good credibility

Bought an investment property a few years ago and very happy with the service from ERE and promised yield has exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and professional service from ERE in general and Robert Medd in particular.

I am at a loss how this company can have a rating of 4.5. I first met Robert Medd in Hong Kong and purchased a property at Silk Mill in Leeds. On paper it appeared to be a good investment opportunity with great returns. I was also part of a syndicate which bought properties in Law Russell House in Bradford. Again these appeared to be good investments with great returns and Robert sat with us and made us believe we had the best deal going. In both my cases what was offered that was far from what was to materialise. Management costs continued to increase along with all the other costs and the prices of the properties failed to see the increases forecast because when I decided to sell they were nowhere near what had been paid for them. Robert Medd was happy to sit and drink beer with us and have dinner with us until the deal was done. Once the issues started to arise and questions were asked he was no where to be found. He has refused to take my calls and emails go unanswered.

This is in reply to the below reply from the nameless ere employee. The first thing I want to mention is that ere have asked that I identify myself to Trustpilot in order that my review may be verified, otherwise it will be taken down. Obviously ere do not like seeing the truth appear here. My property in Silk Mill had leaks from the windows I have the invoices to prove that I had to have these leaks repaired. When I tried to claim of the building insurance there were so many forms to fill in that I gave up. At a later time I will add another review for the properties I am involved with at Law Russell House in Bradford. If Silk Mill was bad Law Russell House is worse. Ere say they cannot find me in their database, the emails I sent must have been deleted. There is interaction between myself and Helen Mercer-Jones who was obviously hired by Medd to do the job he could not do. You will also see interaction prior to Helen Mercer-Jones with myself and Medd. Maybe you can ask him why he refused my calls and my emails went unanswered.

ERE doesn't care about the customers, had pathetic experience with poor support post sales, no ownership. ERE never shared the true picture of the delays in construction which caused me losses for the mortgage approval 2 times. Once contract was rescend ERE didn't bother to get my deposit back.

Buying a property can be a stressful experience but Sophie and Eimeren made the whole process so smooth. Exchanged within a four week period which was in no small part due to their constant attention during the conveyancing process.

Will and Gabriella helped me with a purchase of an apartment and I can't say but Bravo. They were extremely patient with me during the process as I hit some bumps on my side and they helped guide and make the process as smooth as possible. Kudos to you both !
