27,000 years in the making, our Natural Alkaline Water is artesian water and as old as the last Ice Age. Back then, New Zealand was uninhabited and covered by immense glaciers. When the Ice Age ended the glaciers started to melt and a small portion of the water released by the glaciers filtered through ignimbrite rock and collected in our aquifer in the Waimea Plains at a depth of 896 metres below the surface. Laying undisturbed by any influence of man for centuries.

I have been taking Estel Water for years. Recently I decided to check their pH claim of 8+. I used the pH strip which one can get from any pharmacy. I found that it is 6.5 using the strip.
Although this is an acceptable pH value for water, it is still not 8+ as they claim. However if Estel Water can prove otherwise, I would be very grateful.
I absolutely love Estel water and in
Particular the boxed 10 litre option.
Many are offering this option but yours tastes best!
Absolutely love your water. Would love for the shipping to be allocated as soon as order has been placed tho. Also would definitely buy more water if you sold it in glass bottles - other alternatives to plastics would be awesome.
The service is good. When my order was successful, they gave me an email for confirming. When my order met some problem, they sent an email to me and explain. That's good.
My order was mis-picked. They offered a discount but then also told me that the product 1000ml for my next monthly order was not available. So I’m not sure what will turn up next month?
Great to be able to get your product and delivered to. I’d really like to continue buying my our boxed water from countdown to but it’s still not on the shelves..
It's water that you feel goes into your body, not in one and out the other. It keeps me hydrated. I would like to know why we cannot get it in 10L boxes no more from CountDown Pukekohe South in the North Island?
Very helpful. Contacted via email as I couldn't track my order. Their team responded instantly. Thank you Estel. I'm a happy customer. The subscription is genius.
