WILLS
The experience was hard work at times, didn't think the agent was very good, he didn't explain the process very well, I was getting emails saying they can't continue until we pay, but we hadn't even been asked for payment, so probably the agent could do with some extra training

A painless process
A painless process. Two video calls with Martin in which I received excellent advice and forms were completed, a bit of proofing and then done! Very happy with the high level of service. Oh, and nice people!

TRUST FUNDS DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
If your plan is to take out a trust fund i would advise you to look into the cost of all the extras. We have ended up paying just less than£6,000 .
They use Royal mail 2nd class which delays the process even more, also we have had emails from different members of staff, wrong forms sent to my Daughters. So all in all not the best, but we are nearly there..
