Overall my experience with Co-op Legal Services was dreadful. There were long delays and lack of communication. But from the comments I exempt my final case manager Ticarra Morrison, who did her best to keep in touch and move things along.

Gurjit my case manager was very professional and efficient but was always patient and friendly.we had a lot of paper work to do but it all went very smoothly. Considering it was a difficult time for me it was made less stressful by a good working process.😄👍

I had a really positive experience with Co-op Will Writing & Estate Planning Services. Hassan was extremely informative, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the different options available to me without ever feeling pressured.
I felt very comfortable asking questions and, as a result, felt confident that I was able to make the right decisions for my circumstances. Hassan’s knowledge and approachable manner made what could have been a daunting process feel straightforward and reassuring.

Please stop the process of utilising…
Please stop the process of utilising the Co-op’s estate planning/will writing service. The customer care in drafting my mother’s will after the death of her son has been unmentionably careless and disingenuous. I suppose you get what you pay for. Please don’t waste any precious time, especially in your later years, waiting for any kind of response. Their representatives I assume take on your requests and requirements ad hoc on a self employed basis dipping in and out of your application when it suits. A month’s wait for a reply only to be emailed remotely, that the person dealing with your account is on vacation. Not good enough for what I thought was a solid company. Go to your local solicitor.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Leanne Burton at Co-op Legal Services for all her help and support in dealing with the probate of my late father’s estate. Having never dealt with probate before, I really appreciated how patient and empathetic Leanne was. She took the time to explain everything clearly in understandable terms, kept me updated throughout and was realistic and honest about timescales.
