AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bout a pair of Align leggings as I'd heard so much about how buttery soft the material was. I agreed on first wear until almost immediately the material pilled and balled. After a month they are unwearable (infrequent wear and washing as instructed)
The level of balling is ridiculous. I put in a complaint and they completely fobbed me off saying it wasn't a quality issue. I can tell you - IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE. back and forward with them 3 or 4 times and they are refusing to let me return them. This company is a disgrace and I will NEVER order from them again and I really hope others save their money and not buy their unwearable products.

Goods are lost

Goods ordered 11 days ago and still not delivered even though the warehouse they are shipped from is within one hour drive from our town.
CS has no clue.
They use DPD which is horrible.
Lulu used to be so good with CS in Canada. Here they suck. Bad for you Lulu. How did you wind up like this?

This company appears to be a scam.

I would not have ordered online if I had read the reviews beforehand.

Please Please dear customer read this. I ordered a few items on the 19th June. Today is the 28th June. I got a message to say it would be delivered on the 26th June. Then I got a message saying that it had been delivered at 12.53am.

It was not delivered. Now I have started the process of trying to follow up on this. The trust pilot reviews show 75% of people believe its a scam company.

I believed I ordered through Lulu Ireland . Beware and do read this review and all the others too.

Order cancelled after payment

I ordered and paid for a bag using their online store and the next day it went out of stock, so they decided to just cancel my order. No email telling me it was cancelled either, the only way I found out was because I checked my order history.

Do not buy online unless you like the thrill of your order potentially being cancelled out of nowhere.

Nooit meer naar daar ze zijn racistisch

Met alle respect, we zijn daar geweest om wat te kopen en we werden gelijk beschuldigd van sokken te stelen in onze tassen. Ze hielden ons tegen omdat 1 collega ons sokken zag steken in onze tas? Ze bekeken onze tassen en vonden niets terug.

Der Anbieter LULULEMON missachtet die…

Der Anbieter LULULEMON missachtet die gesetzlichen Rücknahmebedingungen bei einem Einkauf im Internet.
Ich habe den Anbieter auf meine Rechte als Verbraucherin gemäß § 437 ff. BGB hingeweisen und das innerhalb der ersten zwölf Monate nach Kauf die gesetzliche Vermutung des § 477 BGB greift, wonach davon auszugehen ist, dass ein aufgetretener Mangel bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe bestanden hat. Diese Beweislastumkehr dient gerade dem Verbraucherschutz und wurde in der Rechtsprechung auch bei Fällen wie Stoffrissen nach erstmaligem Gebrauch regelmäßig anerkannt, sofern der Mangel nicht auf unsachgemäßen Gebrauch zurückzuführen ist – was ich hier ausdrücklich ausschließe.

Ich habe den Artikel sachgerecht und schonend behandelt, was ich durch meine detaillierte Beschreibung der Pflege und den dokumentierten Zustand des Artikels belege. Die Hose wies nach einmaliger Nutzung bereits erhebliche Materialschäden auf – das entspricht nicht der zu erwartenden Haltbarkeit eines hochwertigen Produkts in dieser Preiskategorie.

Ich habe den Anbieter aufgefordert, Ihrer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung nachzukommen und mir gemäß § 439 BGB entweder eine Ersatzlieferung oder eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises anzubieten. Alternativ wäre ich auch mit einer kulanten Gutschrift einverstanden.
Der Anbieter hat dies mehrfach abgelehnt und ist mir kein bisschen entgegengekommen.

Terrible customer service

Good products but terrible customer service. With the price and quality of the products I expect better service but they are not even able to acknowledge and compensate their mistakes.

I bought few items and when i checked shipment after two weeks and saw the products were not still collected by the carrier. When I contacted they said the order was misplaced and they didnt even notify me as my order was lost for two weeks. As I bought items discounted I wanted replacement but they said there is no more stock and they want to refund. They had same item in different colour already in stock but they said they don't have enough stock for replacement.. It is like a joke!!

As the items were discounted at a good price when I bough, now I have to pay full for buying new ones. And I have to do it quickly because I have ordered the products for an organised travel.

Terrible terrible experience.. I regret investing this brand over the years without knowing they had such a terrible customer service.

Good fit, nice materials but VERY POOR SERVICE

I very much like the fit and materials of the products but for this price I expect better service.

I bought a pair of tights in a store abroad, which had a seam defect that I only spotted when I got back home. I lost the receipt, and inquired with customer service what to do. They recommended me to file the complaint either way - which I did (with description, details, various photos that were requested) only to get the reply that they won't take it into review without the receipt.

I tried to retrieve the receipt via email at the store I bought the tight - but they said 'they could not find it' (which is weird - as I am 100% sure I bought it there since I have the transaction on my bank account)

I have a lot of high quality tights from different brands but never experienced this type of factory defects and this poor level of service. I am very disappointed and won't ever buy at Lululemon again.

Stop using DPD

The clothes are perfect but they ship by DPD that is there biggest mistake.
I bought a Christmas present for my wife , never received it, and now it’s out of stock.

Item arrived a day late, but customer service was good

Ordered item. Delivery got lost on route. Then I started to look at the reviews and thought I'd never see item. Sent a mail and had 'wait the 3-5 days'
The next day I had a reply with the information my order was on the way and I had been refunded the express postage charge. Item arrived the next day. Really can't fault this order. A lot of the issues seem to be courier related. The correct address was on label so I don't know how it got lost initially.

Ikke mulig å returnere eller bytte varer i butikk - Fikk ikke returnert

Kjøpte et par tights i bursdagsgave til min kjæreste.

De passet ikke perfekt. Prøvde å bytte til en annen størrelse eller returnere, dette var umulig i butikk. De ville ikke akseptere retur eller bytte av vare i butikk. De ville ikke akseptere bytte og reservasjon av en annen størrelse da butikken ikke kan si noe om hva som blir sendt til dem og når. Det eksisterer ikke et Kundeservice telefonnummer.

Det hele sluttet med at jeg ikke fikk returnert varen. Jeg er nå stuck med en vare som ingen kan bruke. Hele kundeopplevelsen etterlatte seg en vond bismak.

EU website cant redeem gift cards

Gift card doesn't work on EU sites. Had contact with customer service. Gave me a new gift card code to use. Same problem. No other help, answer was 'just try a physical store in your country', lol, that's at the other side of the country.

Been lying to the whole time.


Worst experience ever. I bought a jacket and got the wrong size (shiet happens). I returned it and waited over a month for my refund. Every time I contacted customer service, I got, "Your refund has been processed, please wait x days before the amount will be shown in your account."

It never happened. I contacted them 5 times, and every time I got a new date for when the refund amount would be available.

After the 5th time when the last day passed, I still hadn't received anything.

Then I contacted them again for the 6th time. This time I threatened to contact PayPal and make a dispute. Suddenly, I got the refund email from PayPal that the refund process had started.

It's crazy that I had to threaten to involve PayPal before anything happened. I would not recommend buying from them, and I would not buy from them myself ever again.

Ik heb 3 items gekocht en betaald middels ideal
Nú blijkt 1 item niet meer beschikbaar te zijn en heeft lululemon deze geannuleerd maar ze storten het geld niet terug. Ik heb hen uitgelegd dat ideal niet hetzelfde is als creditcard maar ze doen of ik gek ben
Bah dit is de laatste keer dat ik hier kleren koop. Ik ga voortaan wel bij sweaty betty spullen halen. Zegt het voort

if I could give zero stars

if I could give zero stars, I would - that's all they deserve. For a company that sells leggings for 100 euros, they chose a delivery service that does not deliver - we have ordered 2 times and both times the delivery failed. Customer service is robotic, they keep repeating same info I can see myself on the tracking, they are unwilling to do anything real to actually make sure that the order is delivered. They are the clients of the delivery companies and yet they claim they have no possibilities to contact them. So basically, if you want to spent 100 euros, then wait a week for a delivery from Netherlands to Belgium, then receive multiple emails from delivery company stating that your order will be delivered today, but no, sorry, maybe tomorrow, ogh, no, not tomorrow, after...ah yes, but also not day after tomorrow, we won't deliver at your home. Your super expensive leggings will be delivered at some remote and random pick up point you did not agree to, so now please, go waste your time to pick them up. I mean, it's insane already to charge for leggings 100 euros, but this... unbelievably bad service. Truly disappointed to have something like this in these days.

Ich kaufe schon lange bei Lululemon im online shop ein. Sind sicher nicht die billigsten aber für Sportkleidung (und ich mache viel Sport) die besten. Lieferung funzt einwandfrei. Vor allem für Laufen kann ich die Socken mit Verstärkung empfehlen. Ich mag auch ganz besonders die Herrenunterhosen, die ich auch sonst trage. Und die Trainings T-Shirts, die leicht sind und Schweiss gut vertragen. Manchmal kaufe ich aus Polos, aber die sind mir dann oft zu sportlich

I made and order that was supposed to…

I made order that was supposed to be delivered the folliwing week. There were 2 supposed attempts of delivery, fake attempts since someone has been at home during all this time. No note was left at my order and I did not received any calls from the delivery service either.
The package has now been returned to sender and they will not try to reship it. All in all it has been very dissappointing and a huge waste of my time while trying to figure out what the issue was in the first place.

Additionally the prices in Denmark are much higher, which has not good explanation since everything is manufactured in China anyway.

Terrible customer service offered no real solutions.

Eu Lululemon are disgraceful!!

I bought clothing from Lululemon on December 11th. It still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them several times and received no response. I have since read reviews of other people having the same problem. It's just a disgraceful way to treat people!
