Never ever go to their Tripoli outlet!!! Their merchandise is crap.
I bought two hiking sticks. They were defective. Their Tripoli manager thought he “fixed/adjusted” them, insisting I didn’t know how to use them, though my very experienced hiking guide asked me to “throw them away.”
“Go to Decathlon,” he advised.
That’s what I’m gonna do.
Their Tripoli branch needs a lot of help!

“I had a disappointing experience with MikeSport. I purchased shoes online through their app, and after 2 days, I called to confirm availability because of a previous issue where they canceled my order without informing me. This time, I called twice, and both times they assured me the item was available and would be delivered within 4 days. However, after waiting 7 days, I called them again, only to be told that the item was no longer available. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They clearly lack proper communication and organization

Dont rent here. Very bad customer service and poor material. We returned our gear and didn’t get enough money back. The owner is an extremely rude man. Just rent at intersport or Riml at the lift station. More choice and better quality material!

ich habe einen Skihelm gekauft und bin davon ausgegangen dass die Abbildungen (incl. Mips) zu dem Helm gehören den ich bestelle. Dem war NICHT so . Ich habe einen anderen Helm ohne Mips System geliefert bekommen als abgebildet.Laut Mike Sport waren die Fotos nur zur Veranschaulichung !!!!!!! nie wieder !!!

Achtung Händler versucht Kunden abzuzocken! An Mengenangabe wird sich nicht gehalten nach der Bestellung. Anstatt 20 Gels wird nur eins geliefert obwohl es in der Beschreibung steht. Ein Gel wird bei eBay für 8,75€ angeboten. UVP beim Hersteller sind 2,75€. Vorsicht vor diesem Händler!

Ordered from the website, product was very well priced (about half of anywhere else) and received in excellent condition.
Was amazed at the turn around time for delivery, same day. Well worth the extra €5.

Very poor service. While the products are shown available in the website the next day ‘unfortunately’ are not available.
Also I pay for home delivery and the delivery cannot come to my house! And they didn’t have the intention to make at least a refund for the money I paid for home delivery. They preferred to loose 70€ (Because I cancelled my order) than to refund 2,5€.
Very unprofessional behaviour.
