Eurocell Home Avis 

i bought a number of windows and doors from eurocell abingdon. They were of a very good quality and the service was exceptionally good.

I am having exactly the same problems as Roy S and Malcom. Money taken and no email or anything! Rang to get help only to find the mailbox is still full!!!
Talked via online chat to be told the order went to the Poole branch (2mins from my house). Having read the other reviews detailing the exact same problems, I’m left wondering when my order will arrive.

I wanted to build a 4 foot high fence around my patio. I went to order from Cramlington Depot but the main computers had a virus. I phone every day as I wanted the job completed before a family Christening on 21 August 2022. They managed to place my order on 4 August 2022 but some pieces were missing so they got these sent across from Gateshead depot. Complete order delivered Friday 12 August 2022. I was really pleased with the quality and it looked great for the Christening.
Massive thanks to Dean Michael and Ian at Cramlington depot diamonds all of them. If only everyone was as professional.

I had the same experience as RoyS. I placed an order. They did not contact me to arrange delivery. I tried to ring but got and answerphone with a full mailbox (I wonder why?) Tried chat and was told to email branch. Emailed branch (Middlesbrough) but no reply. After some more days tried chat and was told the system was still down (after a week) so try again next week! The company obviously couldn't care less about customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH EUROCELL

I ordered and paid for 2 items over 4 weeks ago. They were supposedly in stock according to their website. My order was referred to Sittingbourne branch but although I have chased this firm repeatedly, I still haven’t been given a delivery date. I have tried phoning and emailing to cancel the order and get a refund but this hasn’t worked either. I would not deal with this company.

I popped into Eurocell Bicester this afternoon, not really knowing quite what I needed for my windowsills but the two members of staff Mark and Sean bent over backwards to help, even bringing out samples of sills for me to look at. To say these two men went the extra mile is an understatement, they are a credit to your company and I only wish more employees had the same helpful and knowledgeable manner that these two had. The item I choose wasn't in stock but they have taken my telephone number and will contact me when back in stock.

I have used eurocell for a number of times, the preston branch especially go the extra mile (ian lythgoe) allways there to help and a pleasure to deal with, once again amazing customer services and great to deal with

We ordered two fencing panels from Eurocell to replace one old wooden one that frequently blew out and was well beyond repair. They were fitted upon arrival and we are absolutely delighted with them. I'm a bit feeble at 84 years of age but managed to lift them just above head height to rest on 'normal' existing wooden ones that remain in place. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Eurocell in the future.

Went into Eurocell Loughborough to discuss the properties of their various windows as we were confused by the numerous windows on the market. Martin Horsley was very helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. He talked us through which windows would best suit our requirements and answered all our questions precisely and in detail. I would recommend this company if you are trying to decide which windows you need.
