I placed an order on line at 1.30 pm. I was not expecting delivery that day and was not in so the delivery was taken back to the depot.
This was very quick so well done.
What wasn't great was that no one informed me that delivery had been attempted and so 2 days later I had to phone to find out where it was, still on the van.
To be fair it was delivered the next day.
So overall good but could be better.
Products appear first class.

I think Eurocell is very good because they always deliver for me when needed. I had a short window to get a job done last weekend and between the manager, Phil Whoosey, and the staff at Keighley they really went above and beyond. Highly recommended

Fantastic customer service
Eurocell have been great all the way through, assisting with all my queries when getting the quote/placing the order right through to the delivery.
Dan in particular has been super helpful, he has gone out of his way to help us out. Brilliant customer service and lovely new front door!

Fantastic composite decking
I have just had my tired and frankly dangerous wooden decking replaced with composite decking from Eurocell and I am so pleased with the result.
The service from the Keighley branch was exceptional. They took their time to advise and help me decide what I needed to buy and their delivery chap, Rob, was very good. As I have mobility issues he ensured the delivery was placed securely and tidily in my garage so there were no trip hazards for me.
